Great self-contained apartment-style resort at near the heart of Mandurah. Amazing boat access on the canal. Secure parking with fob access. The bbq and pool area is glorious at sunset. Even has a jacuzzi. Crab cooking pots available in the kitchens.

We stayed for 2 nights and we absolutely loved it..very convenient spot.

However I was a bit miffed at check in that we had to pay a $200 bond but the people in front of us weren't asked to pay a bond thought same rules applied for everyone or do ypu pick and choose who pays a bond.

We had the most amazing stay at our C Mandurah apartment, it was perfect for our family of 4. Firstly, the location could not have been better for a stay in Mandurah. It is perfectly located with a short walk over the bridge into the city centre with all it's cafe's bars and restaurants. Next door to the apartments is a parade of shops including a grocery store, bakery a bar and other conveniences. There are lovely walks available up and down the estuary and it's even walkable to some of the lovely beaches in Halls Head.
The apartments are located on the beautiful canals where we saw dolphins on several occasions. There is a gym, BBQs a pool and a heated spa available which we all enjoyed, even though it was Winter! Our apartment was spacious and cozy with outdoor dining and sitting areas. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for self catering, the beds were comfortable and everything inside was clean and well-maintained. I recommend booking through the C-mandurah website as some of the apartments are privately owned and operated (through airbnb for example) which may not provide the same level of service.

Love the location of this place, so close to things, walking distance to some great playgrounds and the mandurah foreshore. The views from the room were great, even though we didn't have a water facing room we really enjoyed the view over the old farm. The room we stayed in was refreshed recently , except for the bathrooms , and was very clean and tidy . Very comfortable room, with great heating. Plenty of space for us all... Only negatives really is that the spa pool heater isn't working , would have been great to jump in that. And the room did have a musty smell when we walked in, but we opened the windows and it was great afterwards. We will definitely come back!

BEWARE! I booked into this “resort” last week as a guest, and paid up front for 5 nights for a nice holiday to visit my elderly mother in Mandurah. Unfortunately on the second day, I had misplaced my swipe key card and locked myself out of the “resort”. I phoned the owner who absolutely refused to assist, citing $400 (the balance of the stay) and for the inconvenience and the replacement of another swipe key card. The response was excessive. As it was a “Resort", I asked the person on reception, however the response was cool and they said they could not prove who I was nor would they allow me entry. Further they said that they could not assist me as the Air BnB had nothing to do with them. I asked if I could simply pass through a sliding door in reception to obtain entry via the pool area to the sliding door to my apartment. I was refused entry. The owner then contacted me and ordered me to leave the premises immediately. Unfortunately all my belongings were in the apartment including my car keys. It was an untenable situation. I was shocked. I feel I stepped into a fight between the owner and the resort. The owner threatened to have my car towed away if I did not leave immediately. It was terrible. Eventually, after much protest, I was given access to my belongings but “kicked out” with no alternative accomodation - I had 4 nights left of my prepaid booking!. It was late and I had to then book some alternative accomodation during my stay in Mandurah.

I contacted Air BnB, and to their credit, have apologised for this diabolical treatment. They have agreed to refund my money on a pro rata. Unfortunately the owner has been excessively phoning me demanding extra money and texting me and accusing me of stealing face washers and linen from the apartment. Please folks, avoid stepping into this hot mess. BEWARE!

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Nat, Chris and their wonderful staff for a great stay at the C Mandurah Apartments during our traditional Easter Family Getaway in 2024. The apartment was great for our family and we had a wonderful time in Mandurah.

We are certainly looking forward to our next getaway and no doubt Mandurah will be on our itinerary again. This was our second stay in Mandurah over the recent years, and this time was by far the best experience.

Our sincere appreciation to all the staff of C Mandurah Apartments, as it is no doubt a team effort that contributed to this amazing experience, from reservation to reception, from housekeeping to the gardeners and the maintenance teams, all unsung heroes ?.

We recently had a 5 night stay in an apartment overlooking the canal and close to the pool.
The 3 bedroom apartment was well presented and fully equipped.
We loved our stay with helpful front office staff, close to local IGA, restaurants and cafes.
