I went in around mid Feb for a business card and then booked an appointment early March to further discuss my travel plans. The appointment and service seemed fine but since our appointment our emails and other messages have been left unanswered. I completely understand that the store may be busy but I feel an acknowledgement that the emails were received or a reason for the delay should be sent to at least let the customers know what's going on. Unfortunately, I've had to book my travels with someone else.

rang up about booking a cruise for family not knowing much about how cruises worked and Stephanie from flight centre went out of her way to make sure my holiday will be perfect for me and family. Couldn’t recommend them any highly. Thank you for taking the stress out of it.

I have not even met her face to face, but she has communicated with me most effectively, promptly and professionally with my booking and multiple requests. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I called and requested for a quote for a cruise and was advised that I would get a quote by end of that day or the next day. A week later, nothing had come through. I went over to the Shop and the lady was rude to me telling me that I needed an appointment despite my advising her that I had already spoken to her a week before. She then advised that I should just wait for the email which I still have not received three weeks later. Will not be using this shop again in future.

A certain young lady couldn't be bothered helping with their own specials advertised. Her exact words "it's an expensive option but I dont know much that deal" Unbelievable! And she couldn't even offer me an alternative. I have since booked all my own flights, hotels, Mediterranean Cruise and tours for 30 days in Europe. Very disappointed and disheartened!
