Recently just came back on a 2 week cruise around New Zealand! Had a wonderful time, could have not done it without the help of the two rock stars at hello world! Big thank you! They organised the whole trip and snagged myself and family a great deal, they will answer any question promptly. Will 100% recommend them and also check out their Facebook page as well for sales! Cannot thank Thalia and Santo enough for booking us an amazing around the world trip! It went without a glitch and we had the most epic trip of a lifetime.
Every recommended accommodation was great and in the best locations.
The trips that were booked were also fantastic.

Best company I have book though for holidays! Recently went on a Singapore trip, everything was easily booked and all sorted for me. Down to every detail. Sorting a driver to collect us from the airport, travel insurance or even sorting out bundle deals. the lovely owner even recommended an amazing bar to go to! I’ll definitely will be heading back again. Thank you!

The guy who answered my phone inquiry this morning, clearly doesn't want to be working here. Wrong attitude from the start. Interrupted me with his rude tone, by saying "What do you mean by packages?", wanting to know if I wanted just flights or flights and accommodation when all I wanted was to see what they had going with both those options. Called Helloworld Travel Carousel, got a lovely lady named Rebecca who clearly loves her job and wants to listen.

Quite disappointed by this company after they booked my 6 week hunnymoon in USA. We had to spoon feed them the whole way and they still managed to screw up multiple hotel requests.

Booking us in the wrong hotels and getting us rooms with 2x single beds.... on our hunnymoon.

One hotel was so bad we had to check out and book into another hotel at our own cost.

I am most disappointed with how they handled situations when we emailed and informed them of wrongful bookings....

They did not help in any way, nor did they apologize or fix any wrong doing.

Quite bad service and next time I will do it all myself (I basically had to anyway).
