The Joondalup team and Sybil have been nothing but helpful. I had nothing but trouble trying to get my app to work and they did everything they could to help me work out why it wasn’t working and they fixed it for me after previously having a heap of issues with the app. I also go frequently to exchange currency cash and they are extremely helpful and soo nice and polite. I will continue to go here for all my future holiday foreign currency

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Travel Money Oz. I went there to exchange money and ended up waiting for 45 minutes because the woman working there kept talking to everyone. It felt like she was more interested in socializing than actually doing her job. I didn't go there to make friends; I just needed to exchange money.

When I finally got frustrated and complained about the long wait time, she didn't apologize. Instead, she called me rude and refused to serve me! Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will never go there again and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
