Staff name Caroline’s lack of politeness and professionalism is concerning, especially for a tour company where attitude plays a big role in success. She needs to adopt a more professional demeanor and remain calm with customers. Additionally, she has not been responsive to emails, and during phone calls, she tends to hang up abruptly without proper explanation, often showing a dismissive attitude. This unprofessional behaviour is disappointing, and I cannot recommend her services based on this experience.
