Nadia and the rest of the team from Play are just wonderful - they have gone way beyond with all the organising of our holidays.
Being able to pay off my holidays weekly has made this so durable for my daughters and I to go away. I cannot highly recommend them enough - looking forward to so many more holidays to come.

I just visited Darwin and thanks to Nadia and the team we had the best holiday. Hassle free Nadia and her team always go above and beyond with there service. During these trying times it’s so hard to know when to book with borders closure at a whim. Nadia and her team kept us totally informed at all times and when one of our tours was canceled at the last minute Nadia and her team worked flat out and had us upgraded to a bigger tour. My husband and I booked a holiday through Play travel, we liked the idea of paying off a future holiday with affordable easy payments we chose a package and it was easy to do and this company always responded to any emails and questions we had . Nadia from play travel was lovely to talk to and ensured we had a wonderful holiday . I recommend this company to anyone wanting a holiday but cannot afford a lump sum payment . we have just returned from our holiday and everything went smoothly we are now planning another holiday and will book again with Play travel

This is an absolutely fantastic service. I personally cannot afford to spend a lump some on a holiday but having the option to pay in installments allows me to get away without feeling stressed. A bonus that their customer service is 10/10.

As COVID struck right as we were meant to honeymoon we had to postpone our holiday with Play. They were amazingly professional and were contacting me to discuss our options and kept contact when we had to push it back again and then finally cancel and refunded (due to no eta on leaving AUS). It’s a brilliant way to pay for a holiday and we will be 100% traveling with them in the future, when we are able!
