Rika led our little group into the wonders of Japan with food, art and nature. Truly a lovely time had by all. The Autumn Islands tour was well paced, interesting and lots of fun with like minded people.

Rika guided us through the most magical and memorable week in Japan. Every day was an affordable feast of fabulous food, incredible nature locations including hikes with views of Mt Fuji, beautiful onsens set on sea cliffs and by waterfalls, friendly accommodation and fascinating insights into Japanese culture. She made our trip so easy and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a life changing trip in this wonderful country.

Rika took our small group on an unforgettable adventure through Shikoku. With her leading the way, we were able to see and experiment in a lot of artists' workshops and spaces that would not usually be open to tourists. The food and timing of each stop along the way (in collaboration with Ace Camps) was perfect and made for a stress-free trip!

I wish I could give Rika 10 stars out of 5 - her attention to detail, knowledge and adaptability to whatever situation is thrown at her is second to none. She also happens to be a lovely person with a great sense of humour. Our group was able to have beautiful and unique experiences both on and off the beaten track in a truly beautiful country. I can thoroughly recommend Rika and Kuroko Tours- this was my first but won't be my last trip to Japan with her.

A truly memorable experience, the Food and Nature tour of Hokaido with the awesome Rika from Kuroko BoutiqueTours. Exceeding every expectation this tour delivered in spades. Amazing and varied meals in restaurants that the solo travel would never find let alone get a booking. Beautiful and varied accommodation. Onsen resorts large and small. Hikes in breathtakingly beautiful locations. All made possible by the knowledge and expertise of Rika, who, as the owner of Kuroko gives her clients 110%. Thanks Rika. Loved it all.
