Michelle gave poor service & lack of communication.
Her prices were way too high For accommodation and travel insurance.
I had to contact her and do all the work myself.
In the end, I changed Travel agents.
She should do everyone an favour and close down.

Horrible service! Michelle is terrible! zero communication from her. does not understand the booking system they use and the Airline are different companies! Sending fake emails saying it’s Qantas. Qantas confirmed not them! Should have read other reviews I had to get Qantas to remove her form booking!

She refused and lied about fixing her own error! Other people told us had same issue!!

Do not use! Michelle refused to correct an error she made with our booking! A Christmas booking to Europe for over $18,000

Sent us fake emails pretending to be Qantas! No logos or Qantas branding selling error a plenty! We spent several hours on phone to Qantas as only agents can ammend agents booking. We sent Qantas everything! They confirmed emailed were fake (who are investigating)

Had to get Qantas to remove the agent from the booking as totally untrustworthy. Plus she breached agent guidelines by sending fake emails. We even sent her the Qantas agent number for her to call and she kept lying saying she had but she had not!

Michelle made errors when entering our names on booking! Desite giving her clear instructions as copies of Id! We noticed this earlier and she ensured us she had updated details with Qantas and it was all fixed. We only discovered none of this happened, when trying to do online check in and we were unable as names did not match passports.

Qantas confirmed this is an easy fix but had to come from agent! She had never contacted Qantas!
