We booked a very last minute trip to Europe this year and expected it to be super stressful to plan. We met with Ross once in store and he handled the rest for us via email and booked all our travel and assisted with accommodation as well! Ross made the lead up to our trip so much easier than we were expecting and was even available to help with things while we were away. Ross was always prompt with getting back to us and made us feel at ease. Would 100% recommend.

Recently, we booked a flight to the United States of America. Amelia was extremely helpful with our initial plans and bookings for flights and hotels that we required for our dream holiday. She went the extra mile when due to a life emergency we had to cancel and rebook flights at very quick notice and she could not have been more accomodating or helpful to our situation. Can I please applaud Ross Armstrong of your Floreat Office for his efficient and compassionate service in obtaining for us an extension of our booking as due to illness we were not able to meet the qantas deadline. Honesty, dedication & professionalism along with a great personality. Thats Ross from Flight Centre, Floreat. I recently had a couple of very bad experiences with two Flight Centre stores. One in Joondalup and the other in Murray street,Perth.Neither were prepared to assist me in any way.The first store mentioned just suggested that I go home and just search the internet for information because they just couldn't help me
( how hard is it to book hotels and get a Eurail ticket booked?) Murray Street, basically said the same thing.After phoning Floreat as a last resort I spoke with Ross.He was very apologetic regarding the service I had previously received and said he was prepared to help us in any way he could to sort our travel out.We then drove to Floreat for a chat. Ross probably spent a good couple of hours sorting everything out for us. He made sure that we had the very best deals at all of our hotels and he also sorted our rail passes. Seriously, Ross's service was absolutely outstanding in every way, we couldn't have asked for more. I would strongly suggest to anyone wanting to book a trip and know that they are dealing with someone that is totally upfront, honest and dedicated to the service of his clients could do no better than dealing directly with Ross at Floreat Flight Centre. We will certainly be giving him all our future business.

My travelling companion and I have used Ross for a number of years. We first met him when he worked at the Whitfords branch. After that he went to Ocean Keys and now to Floreat. Whatever centre he's at we always go to see him to do our travel arrangements. He's very helpful and can never do enough for you. If anyone needs a great travel agent Ross is definitely the one to go to
