I live in Melbourne but have used TTFN for the last 8 years. They are absolutely the best. I travel a great deal and Kathleen always looks after me. Nothing is too much trouble and the options are always explored. When my flight is delayed I usually hear from her before the airline. I love TTFN. And have told many friends about this great agency.

Travel in times of Covid can be particularly stressful, Kathleen from TTFN was a professional, calming guide that managed all the details perfectly. When airline and Government guidelines were changing, Kathleen made herself available across the timezones to confer with the airline directly to ensure my flight and travel back to Australia would occur smoothly. And it did. Extremely comforting to have someone so experienced and detail orientated looking after things. The highest recommendation!

If you are looking for a travel agency, I honestly cannot recommend TTFN Travel and most importantly Kathleen more. My husband and I relocated to Australia from Canada for his job. He came over first to set things up and I was to come a few weeks later… but alas another lockdown happened and my flight was cancelled. Kathleen monitored flights every day finding me one, with not the greatest routing but found me one nonetheless. But going above and beyond as she does, she continued keeping an eye on flights just in case another popped up with a better routing and one did and she got me on that flight. But alas, the story does not end there. The routing was a little longer than normal, which I was ok with. So I flew from Toronto to Germany as the first leg. My flight from Toronto left late, so I missed my connecting flight to Zurich. Kathleen was on it and got me onto another flight so I wouldn’t miss my connecting flight to Hong Kong. When I got to the gate to head to Hong Kong, I was informed by Cathay Pacific employees that I was not allowed on the flight due to some very rare circumstances (another long story) but I was not going to be boarding that flight. Stuck in Zurich and with flights to Perth almost non existent.. Kathleen called me, told me to hold tight and within 10 minutes… I don’t know how, she had me on a flight to Dubai and then onto Perth. She checked me into my flight, told me what I needed to and I honestly can’t thank her enough. It was an extremely frustrating and to be honest a little terrifying situation, and Kathleen got me through! If you are looking for a travel agency where you are not just another number, TTFN is the way to go. My husband and I will be booking all of our future travel with them and with Kathleen.

Kathleen understands current requirements and is responsive and professional when problems arise. If you do have to travel would highly recommend TTFN

I have been working with Melanie Ford for a number of years and Melanie has organised a number of fantastic holidays for me including Egypt, Germany , Poland , Italy , Jordan , Israel and had arranged for a great holiday in 2020 - but unfortunately because of COVID . Melanie was fantastic in recouping the various costs I had incurred .

And I have to say that as a result of these experiences I’d love to return to so many of these places as well as have new experiences .

I have always asked Melanie to develop a great itinerary with the barest of suggestions from me as a single woman and I’ve never been disappointed by her suggestions in terms of locations , hotels and tours including walks,including the Cinque Terra. There have been so many great highlights .. and I can’t wait until 2022 when we’ll be able to go overseas and to catch-up up missed trips .
I trust Mel and TTFN to arrange great holidays overseas for me and maybe in 2021 trips in NZ etc
