We arrived late however notified the owner and it wasn’t an issue. Told the lights would be left on and it would be unlocked. Terse phone call and greeting prior to and on arrival.
Massive spider web at entry that I almost walked right into to then go inside to an infestation of cockroach’s with them crawling in and on the rubber of the inside and outside door of the fridge and all over benches and floor. Needless to say we did not use any of the kitchen facilities. The breakfast provided was preopened frozen loaves of bread in the freezer and used condiments in the fridge.
The smell coming from the drains in the bathroom was disgusting to the point we would have left if there was somewhere else at that time of night.
Refused to put anything on the floor or use the shower (mould in silicone and the smell)
Dust on skirting behind bed was thick. Highway noise was noticeable and the rooster started crowing at 5am!!
At just under $200 for the night I would definitely NOT recommend. I went by good reviews and shouldn’t have. Never again!!

Loved this B&B. Had the entire guest suite which was very spacious and private. The ambience of this place was very homely with a chicken farm right next to the suite as well as a pond. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast provided was also very fresh and tasty. Would come here again without hesitation!

The warmth of Peters welcoming and tour of the beautiful B&b Our stay was only overnight however wanted to stay longer but was booked already The kitchen was well equipped the bed was so comfortable The home hatched eggs for brekky was great plus the local bacon was delicious .The whole unit was squeeky clean Archie was enclosed in a safe area . Everything' was at our finger tips We will happily return one day and highly recommend Ducati's to all our 100%

Had a lovely overnight stay, as usual every thing there, owners lovely people. The chooks roaming around, lovely. Thank you I highly recommend your b&b although, maybe I shouldn't as it would be harder to stay in future. Sorry didn't take any photo's this time.

Peter and Glenys the owners live on the same property, and go above and beyond when it comes to service and assistance, This self contained luxury villa has all you need some things to mention, free WiFi, full sized fridge and wall mounted flat screen TV full kitchen and reverse cycle A/C.
Guests have access to the whole Villa and grounds, If you feel like a good old BBQ all you need to do is ask for it in advance (I think 12- 24 hrs notice) and it doesn't stop there, there is also a 6 person spa with built in TV or stereo WOW!. The negotiation is to allow the owners to make sure it is available and ready to go for you (It is heaven) The property was named after the friendly cat named Ducati who in return may ask for a head scratch or just a pat he is very friendly :), straight out the front door there is a large Koi and goldfish pond with a waterfall, The property is well shaded nestled amongst the gum trees and the eggs are from their free range chickens which you can see located not too far from the villa, there is free parking and plenty of space as the property is on around 2 acres.
I am certain you will not be disappointed and you will be completely relaxed, one final thing to add that it's close to everything you need for all that the Hunter region has to offer.

Tidy little apartment, comfy, clean, friendly couple running the joint, who are really nice and offered various thought on various things. If you need an overnight near Newcastle, worth the stop in.

Had a lovely stay at Ducati's. Peter was an incredible host. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a lot of thoughtful touches. We'll be back in the future!
