DONT USE THIS SERVICE.
We booked a return flight and the airline changed our flights and offered us a full refund. We were a little over halfway through paying Pay Later travel off. We contacted them to see what would happen with the refund and they took a few days to get back to us and said that it would take 12 weeks - 6 months to get a refund from them and they would also charge us fee of over $400 to do this! Just disgusting! They said we could have a travel voucher but it has to be for the same airline. The airline had offered us a full refund! Also we can't use the same airline as there prices have gone up nearly $1000 since we booked (well in advance), so we have to look for other options. We also need the refund to put towards new tickets. Horrible experience! Steer well clear.

Booked a flight with them and 2 weeks later I got a call saying they are only locking in my ticket now and had to pay an extra $600 as the price went up. What’s the point of using them to ‘lock in prices’ if they don’t do it when you send them a deposit. Won’t be using them again.

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
The prices are unrealistic, same flight same airline 400AUD more expensive than any other website. is not worth it to be able to pay weekly if they are increasing the prices that much.

I do not recommend this company at all, go through a reputable travel agent as you will likely experience issues with this company.
