I was disappointed by the service I received from the medical receptionist at this practice. Not only did I have to wait on hold for 5 minutes before speaking to anyone, but the receptionist was also extremely rude when I explained my situation. It is especially concerning that the practice has a recording stating they do not tolerate rudeness towards staff, when the receptionist themselves exhibited rude behavior. As the first point of contact for patients, it is important for all staff members to provide respectful and professional service. I hope that the practice addresses this issue to ensure a more positive experience for all patients.

Wouldn’t recommend as they do not make you aware of the private billing for travel queries even when you book online which I booked for my children which I was then billed $120 pre a child on a week day which is suppose to be bulk bill for children under 16 as for when I’ve gone to rockingham I’ve only ever been charged for prescription for my children.
Don’t get me wrong beautiful stuff members just the lay out for the costing situation had taken me by surprised as it was my first time there and properly never again!
I couldn’t imagine how it could have went if I didnt have the funding.
So please ask the questions before going in and being charged an arm and leg and walking out like you’ve just been robbed.

Dr Femi is fantastic. Have been seeing him for over a year for medical cannabis reasons. Always listens and strives to help. I drive from Mandurah just to see him.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars as the wait time is always very long, usually 30-45mins past your appointment time.

Don't reccomend at all. Sent away to be tested for the big C. A week after biopsy results come back and I recieve no call. Tried to make an appointment through app which got rejected 3 times. Only to find out I apparently have an outstanding bill which I recieved 0 correspondence for. Reception failed to inform Saturdays are private costs. Had to pay bill before being booked in with a rebate. Then told after the fact that the rebate takes days to come back. No care for patients from reception side. If it wasn't for the dr I would be going else where. Had I been I formed for the start that I had to pay, I would have paid then.

I started seeing Dr Femi a few months ago after he was suggested to me by a friend. After years of having Drs constantly try and diminish my symptoms and get to a point of helping me but then giving up, I needed to find a new GP that actually cared about my long term health. Without even mentioning some symptoms Dr Femi picked up on my high cholesterol just by looking at my face. He found a genetic condition that puts me at a higher risk of heart disease/attack, when nobody else has. If you want an honest, caring, compassionate and understanding Dr in your corner, try and see him as soon as you possibly can.
