Raelene was our travel agent. She is amazing organized everything bang on so reliable. The slight problem we had overseas which had nothing to do with her but she helped us out, outsidw of hours no questions asked and solved the issue.

Most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. The woman who was helping me was taking calls and constantly checking her mobile. The office itself is extremely messy and not inviting in any way. Promptly left and moved onto Bicton Travel and had a friendly and professional experience.

Fantastic travel agency even though it takes me over an hour to get to them i would not use anyone else they go out of their way to make sure everything is booked according to what you want and need or if they can't they discuss other options with you until you find something you like. I couldn't recommend them enough.
