Sam at Au Revoir is truly a wizard! She helped us book an extensive European holiday (flights, trains etc) and everything was smooth and incredibly well planned. Sam had both passports- but misspelt both of our names / lucky we picked it up . We now had to book our own seats - and will not be sitting together!! As she created new ticket for one of us - we will try to to sort this error out at the airport- never agai !! Surely she should have fixed this -no window seat as per conversation.

We booked a holiday through Sam Gallagher, in Italy(Tuscany and Rome) Sep/October 2022. Each of the hotels Sam chose for us were in a fabulous location for tourist destinations and rail & metro services. Our holiday was seamless because of the work Sam put into making it special for us. So much attention to detail. Italy is an awesome country and we are now booking another adventure through Sam to the south of Italy, Sicily and Napoli.
