Alicia is an absolutely incredible asset to help you plan your special day. We were organising our Wellington wedding from Melbourne and communicating with Alicia from across the ditch was so easy.
She took away every possible thing we (or my mum) could think to stress about, the answer was always "Alicia's on it".
On the day she felt like part of our bridal party, except she kept us all on track, well lubricated, and FED.
Honestly, everyone needs an Alicia on their big day, she helped make it the best day of our lives, can't recommend her enough xx

I cannot recommend Elegant & Wild enough!!! Alicia absolutely *made* our wedding!

When we first approached Alicia, we had a venue booked and a few vague ideas for the big day. Alicia took our scattered suggestions and transformed them into a perfect day that we will cherish forever, and have also had much positive feedback about from our guests! Alicia turned wedding planning from a daunting chore into a series of date nights filled with laughter and excitement. Working with Alicia was not just easier than doing it ourselves; it was genuinely enjoyable and stress-free.

Her industry contacts and expertise meant that we didn't have to go through the stress of talking to different vendors to find what we were after or spend time trawling the internet to find things - or awkwardly have to reject vendors that you choose not to proceed with! Instead we would just discuss what we wanted, and Alicia would make it happen. For every step of the way, Alicia was able to present us with options and guide us through different decisions with ease (as somebody that hates decision making, this was very valuable!!!)

Her responsiveness and clear communication were impeccable, always letting us know her availability and handling last-minute requests with calm professionalism.

As someone who likes to be in control, I had imagined my wedding day would involve constantly checking in and managing details. However, Alicia's meticulous planning and coordination allowed me to fully immerse myself in the joy of the day. I didn't have to make any phone calls, follow up on any details, or resolve any issues—Alicia had everything perfectly under control. She was even prepared for unexpected mishaps - like when the bustle on my dress broke! - handling it all calmly and efficiently.

And if you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner - DO IT!!!!! It was 10000% worth it, and significantly improved the entire wedding planning experience. I can't believe the amount of time and stress that was saved by working with Alicia. When I first started wedding planning, I was so daunted by how much there was to do. Once Alicia came on board, all my fears were quietened - working with somebody that knows the industry and knows what you need to do to plan a wedding provided so much peace of mind!

Beyond her incredible organizational skills, Alicia's infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for weddings made her an absolute joy to work with. She was wholeheartedly dedicated to ensuring we had the best day possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Elegant & Wild to anyone planning their wedding. Thanks to Alicia, the last month leading up to our wedding was blissfully stress-free, allowing us to focus on the excitement and love we felt. She truly made our dream wedding come true.

Alicia was outstanding from day one when we made the decision to bring a day of coordinator on board. She gave us fantastic recommendations and advice throughout. She picked up all communication and organising left to be done 6 weeks out and it felt wrong to be so relaxed so close to our wedding day. Having an experienced coordinator like Alicia meant she noticed the small details and offered very practical advice and was always responsive to our needs. She was professional but still personable and she made us feel like we were her only clients. We had so much confidence in Alicia, and of course she did not disappoint. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure the lead up to and our actual wedding day ran smoothly and was stress-free for both myself and my husband. She worked tirelessly all day with a smile on her face and seamlesssly coordinated and interacted with our other vendors and guests till the very end of the night. We can't thank you enough Alicia, you gave the us the ability to focus on each other and our guests on the day and because of you we were able to make some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Alicia came on board with us as coordinator in the final couple months of our planning after we started realising just how much stuff we would need to remember for our day! She was amazing and I am recommending her to all of our friends. She made the day as stress free as possible. Her taking over in the lead up to the wedding meant we could truly enjoy our last few weeks as fiancées and soak up the best parts of our planning experience. Even our friends and family were amazed at Alicia’s ability to manage everything that was happening, handling all the little dramas of the day so that we didn’t even notice them!!

Our timeline at the venue was very tight, and Alicia came up with the genius idea to set us up a private picnic for dinner so we had a moment to process everything just the two of us while our guests had their food. It was one of the most special moments of our day. I also got a wasp stuck in my skirt, getting stung on my foot, and Alicia swooped in with her magic suitcase of gear and had some wipes and cream to ensure it stopped bothering me!

Alicia was amazing to work with as our co-ordinator, she took all the stress out of the lead up and day itself. It meant on the day we could just relax knowing she was in charge.

It was truly the best money we spent and absolutely worth it. If we hadn’t had her the set up, pack down, last min liaising with vendors, timings on the day + so many more things would have been hard to deal with and distracting. There are so many logistics that you don’t think about when you initially start planning a wedding.

Alicia is so friendly, professional, calm and capable. Plus she has a great eye for style and set everything up beautifully. She also had so many useful tips and knows a lot about weddings and Wellington vendors. She was also so helpful with developing a wet weather plan (which thankfully we didn’t have to use).

Alicia really took the time to understand us and what we wanted and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

Imagine you have a new best friend who’s incredibly capable and organised and friendly and kind and who has all the connections you could possibly need in the wedding/party industry - that’s Alicia!

Don’t think about it a moment longer. Contact Alicia and have a chat about what you are thinking. She will remove all the stress that inevitably piles up around planning a wedding and you and your partner will be able to just relax and enjoy yourselves. Both in the build up and on the day itself. Hands down worth the money.

We booked Alicia and Sarah to be the "On the Day Co-Ordinators" for our wedding.
The service they provided was very professional and exceeded our expectations! They listened to all our requests and special requirements for the day and ensured they were all fulfilled and more!

Their behind the scenes organisation and running around meant that not only us as the newly weds, but our MC's & Bridal Party had a more enjoyable day, care-free day without having to worry about any of the background stresses spoiling the occasion!

Our one tip for friends and family getting married in the future is to pay for On the Day Co-Ordination and we could not recommend Elegant & Wild more!
