They were both very knowledgable of their wines, absolutely brilliant with our dogs and they were just lovely the entire tour. So glad we decided to have Pooches and Pinot with us for the first leg of our Melbourne trip. Helen was very sweet and helpful in the planning of our itinerary and Jeff was simply amazing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, rolling in fields, playing fetch with the resident dogs, treasure hunting and basically just being totally in their element. We had the pleasure of heading on a half day tour with Helen. She took such great care to consider and cater for our vegan dietary requirements, with snacks on board and vegan food options at our stops. Scout, our Cavoodle pup, just loved her and she kindly took lots of photos throughout the day so we could enjoy ourselves and be in the moment. All the spots we visited accommodated us being inside with our pup, perfect for a freezing cold winter day where the fog didn’t lift all day - though it meant the views along the way were beautiful. We can’t wait to come back again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Our dog is another family member and goes nearly everywhere with us, and given that we’re also wine lovers, this made perfect sense. Helen was incredibly responsive and helpful after my first email, and was so considerate providing us a carefully planned out itinerary for the day. Communication leading up to the tour was amazing, and we were so impressed with all the wineries we visited, along with all the thoughtful touches throughout the entire day. Our pup was welcome everywhere and had so much fun that he fell asleep as soon as he was dropped off and didn’t get up until the next morning! We had our tour last weekend, and cannot stop singing the praises of Pooches and Pinot. We had the most incredible day in the very capable hands of Sandy (our tour guide). We were so well looked after at every winery we visited - the whole day was seamless. Highly recommend upgrading to the platter for lunch! Helen and Jeff are incredibly thoughtful and kindly gifted us a bottle of bubbles for our belated celebration. You won't regret booking a tour with Pooches and Pinot!
