If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kate was an absolute essential part of making our day run seamlessly and stress-free. She's thoughtful, professional, diligent and reasonably priced. Honestly could not recommend her more highly. If anyone is on the fence about whether you need wedding coordination services - you will not regret it, no matter how small or fuss-free your wedding is. In fact, I could not imagine how the day would have gone without her.

Had an amazing experience with Kate, who provided on-the-day coordination for our wedding, which had a total of 28 vendors and included private property coordination with a luxury marquee. Kate was a dream to work with, very knowledgeable, hardworking and easygoing, a flexible collaborator to work with; always up for challenges to ensure our wedding was how we imagined, worked well in understanding our design document and vendors, & a major stress relief for me personally. We had Kate as our on the day coordinator for our wedding on a private property.
I am so thankful that we had meetings with Kate in the lead up to the wedding and that she was there on the night. She was a godsend.
She made sure all our different venue areas were warm, stocked, safe, and clean (looking after around 10 seperate guest accessible spaces across two double-storey buildings)
She even made sure to check on us when we were getting our photos done across the road (somehow? in between everything else she was doing? - she truly is a multitasking superwoman).
I am in awe of how seamlessly and calmly she ran the night, thinking of everything, seemingly working everywhere at all times, and not phased in the slightest at any bumps in the plan.
I am forever grateful to Kate. We wouldn't have had such a fantastic wedding without you.

Having Kate as a wedding coordinator was the best decision my husband and I made and a decision we would definitely make again and again.
