Went to nephews 21st on 20/09/24, food was amazing, service was amazing, thank you to our girl Val for looking after everyone & making sure everything went smoothly on the night. We also stayed the night and I must say our bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it the next morning. Before we checked out we went and had breakfast & enjoyed it, good variety! I’m rating 5/5 for great customer service from the reception, clean room/comfy bed, service @ the 21st birthday party, bar & at breakfast. Thank you we will be back. 🙂

We attended a private function held in their glass terrace. The ambience was perfect, from the beautifully presented food bursting with flavours to the elegant decor and warm lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. Our experience was nothing short of amazing! The dedicated staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. A special mention to Val whose attention to detail and friendly demeanour made us feel welcomed, she deserves a raise! We can't wait to return and indulge in more culinary delights while enjoying the warm hospitality.

Stayed at Rydges Campbelltown for a work conference and weekend away. Room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and modern.

Staff were friendly, and very helpful. Only ate breakfast at the hotel but the buffet was sensational. Very happy with my time stayed there!

Rydges Campbelltown is a reliable comfortable overnight stay option we have used a number of times over the past decade. Room facilities are good, beds are comfortable. Location easy to access. Everything you need is onsight including parking under. Good restaurant; and Catholic club nearby as alternative. Staff professional and helpful. Rooms on Narellan Rd end have traffic noise-specify opposite end.

I went to the Hotel to pick up my wife attending a seminar
I was early so decided to eat from the bar.
I purchased Fish and chips that comes with a salad and a tater sauce and a bear.

The Dish I received was only fish and chips with Tomato sauce.
It didn’t gel to me that what I received was not the correct meal
When I queried it after I saw the correct meal served to another customer.
The waitress and the Manager were very kind and rectified the mistake by serving me with another complimentary Drink and replaced my Meal.

Thank you to the staff from the bar and Rydges.

Be kind to people and it will be reciprocated

Thanks
George

Well where to start. Had to come here for a few days for work. First of all room was boiling hot when I entered turned the thermostat down to the minimum still is boiling hot, advised staff it was unbearable and they said they can see the room is 26 degrees and they have set it to the minimum so it should come down. 5 hours later still a sweat box even with the windows open.

Next came dinner we waited 3-4 hours for a basic meal with a dessert, most of us didn’t even have dessert as it was 9pm by this stage and just walked away.

There is also ladies hair in my shower on the wall.

No idea how this is rated so high. Food was tasty that’s about it.

A bit out of town but close to restaurants and a casino. The hotel brasserie was nice and we had a good time there, reasonable prices for tasty food. The tempranillo we had was a bit old and not so nice. The hotel is pleasant, a business hotel that's possibly a tad too expensive for what it is. One of my pillows smelled of sweat. Also, the beds weren't long enough and my feet hung over the edge.

Arriving at the hotel (18th July) late in the evening, with no one manning the Front Desk and when the receptionist appeared from the back office to be greeted with "WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU", no GOOD EVENING or HOW ARE YOU and then to be spoken to in a CONDESENDING MANNER WHILE SHE IS HITTING THE PALM OF HER HAND WITH THE BACK OF HER OTHER HAND AND SPEAKING TO ME LIKE I WAS A CHILD. When I challenged her behavior, she immediately went and got her Manager, who came out and spoke to me in a raised voice, when I said PLEASE LOWER YOUR VOICE AND THE TONE YOU ARE USING BECAUSE I SEEMED TO HAVE INCONVIENCED YOU AND YOUR VERY RUDE COLLEAGUE FROM WHATEVER YOU WERE DOING BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. To His credit he did and we were able to check in without anymore fuss. I also observed similar behavior from a female manager on the Friday morning and FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF NEED TO TAKE LESSONS IN HOSPITALITY FROM THE RESTAURANT STAFF WHO WERE EXCEPTIONAL. Our family had flown in from all over the world to attend a Funeral and it would have been nice to be given a WARM WELCOME. WON'T BE BACK !!!!!!!!!
