Took my husband to the urgent care clinic this morning due to a swollen, hot, painful leg. The attention and care he received was exemplary, we did not have to wait at all, seen immediately by a nurse then only waited about 10 mins to be seen by the doctor, both were very caring, professional and efficient. Left with appropriate treatment and very happy with the care. Thanks so much!

Tricia was an exemplary nurse - professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. My mother came in at 2am for repeated vomiting, Tricia helped us arrange teleconsult and gave us some medicine that immediately alleviated the symptoms.

My experience;

"Calling this place a 'health' service is a joke. After being diagnosed with whiplash and a concussive brain injury, I was basically abandoned—told they couldn’t help and advised to endure a grueling 9-hour public transport trip to a proper hospital.

The GP practice is even worse. One of their doctors threatened me, dished out unsolicited and inappropriate legal advice, and had the audacity to warn me not to fight baseless allegations from Victoria Police. They outright refused to treat my injuries, denying they even existed, despite clear evidence from my MRIs.

This place appears to be nothing but a nest of corrupt, dangerous individuals who protect each other at the expense of patient safety. Stay far, far away. Your health and safety depend on it."

Racist management . Even doctors get abused by race from the management . Better to write your last will before you go for a treatment. I will Stay away from this clinic for my own good. State government should take this place under management.

Very kind and excellent service... We are from Melbourne I came to port campbell as tourist took my 10 year old boy as this is the closest clinic after hours.The duty Nurse and the doctor in charge both helped us with in their limits.. Thankyou for the service.
