The Camden Valley Inn is a lovely place with a great atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly, always smiling. However, the food could use some improvement.

The kids’ cheeseburger had dry meat and a hard bun, and the pan-seared salmon I ordered had burnt skin and was overcooked.

The dish came with three tiny potatoes that were cold and hard, and there was barely any sauce to taste.

On the bright side, if you’re catching up with friends or family, I highly recommend the pizza—it’s really good!

I had the eye fillet with potato and greens. Asked for medium, and it came out perfect!! It's one of the best steaks I have eaten for a while. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had a steak with slaw and chips. He also thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Kids had pizza? a big thumbs up ?
It was a busy night, but the atmosphere was great, and the service was good as well!!
I hadn't been here for over 10 years.
I almost didn't recognise the place with the renovations, etc. It's a great place to catch up with old friends and for parties.

It's a quaint place with a variety of dining and drinking options, all set against charming country vibes. You can sit and overlook a paddock with cows, and there's a chicken pen with a few hens, plus two goats in their own pen. The beer garden features a children's play area, a mix of bar stools, outdoor seating, and cushion seating. As you walk up, you'll find a bar area with both outdoor and indoor options, and on the other side, there's an outdoor courtyard with a fire pit.

Inside the cozy cottage area, the decor offers a warm, country cabin aesthetic. The staff are incredibly attentive and provide excellent customer service. I ordered at the table using a QR code and shared an antipasto board and pizza puff, along with coffee and butterscotch hot chocolate—perfect for winter. I will definitely come here again for the nice, cozy atmosphere.

Very nice place, well thought out. The owners/ managers definitely know what they’re doing. It feels a little like “the grounds of Alexandria”. Great food, lots of seating. Playground and some animals. Plenty of free parking. In the winter/ colder days they have fire pits burning, nice touch. Great pizza and coffee.

Food was okay, not excellent and too much carbonhydates to me. In the lamb shank dish, it has rice, potato and dosa pancake. We enjoyed their soft shell tacos and the grilled salmon was alright, I loved that they put a lot of green beans. We came because of Land of Oz but to be honest, it was a bit disappointing, quite simple actually. Their special $12 wicked witch cocktail on Fridays was awesome. Great price for beverages, beer only about $6.5 per schooner.
Their staff member was not very friendly. They rushed us to order, no smiles. A little bit sad, but anyway we did not have issues ordering.
A lot of seats and beautiful decorations. Very family friendly, big venue a lots of free parking on site.

Camden Valley Inn is a Really Special Place.

It’s Deceptive just how large it is, looking from the outside.

Has So Many seating options. Indoors, outdoors and somethings, in between.

The Staff, Service, Atmosphere, Ambience, Food and Drinks Are All Exceptional.

Had the Eggs Benedict, Loaded Toastie & a Latte. They were Very Good.

Great way to spend a lazy Sunday or an Evening Meal.

We took our daughters to see the Land of Oz. The whole setup was a little underwhelming. Girls were quite disappointed. The food was pretty decent but close to a 40-minute wait. It was pretty chaotic though, crazy busy, so I can understand the time frame. We got an outdoor table and were pretty cold and uncomfortable during the meal. Food got cold really quickly, so that was a downer. I guess not the best experience but not all under the establishment's control.

Lovely grounds and gardens. Animals too! Quite busy on a weekend so expect a wait. There was some confusion with wrong dishes coming to our table but I think they did as best as they could with the crowd. Was about 30-40 mins for food I think.
Linguine pasta was great and wedges were good too.
