It’s hard to know how to capture our experience with Poni Studios in one short review.

From the very beginning, Shae guided us to create the most incredible, whimsical, romantic and breathtaking wedding of our dreams. Shae helped us to find vendors who matched our vision and our energy, which was evident in the final product.

Not only is Shae an incredible planner, but she is such a beautiful human. No question was left unanswered, we were always made to feel like our wedding was a priority and her communication skills throughout the entire process were second to none.

The finished product speaks for itself. Our families, friends and guests were left speechless when they entered our ceremony and reception.

Shae was an absolute gem throughout the wedding planning process - she was endlessly patient and was able to capture exactly what we wanted - fun and colourful vibes. It was so magical and amazing, and my wedding day was seamlessly put together thanks to her and the Poni studio team.

After a less than ideal experience with another stylist, Ponistudio literally saved our wedding. Luci & Shae understood our vision from the outset and moved quickly to deliver a beautiful concept with less than 6 weeks to go! It was truly such a breeze working with these ladies - we felt so much more at ease knowing we are in safe hands with Luci & Shae. Communication with Shae has been brilliant and despite having already ordered some decor items, Ponistudio made it work seamlessly. We honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Our only regret is not working with them from the beginning!

And on the day, oh my word, the styling was truly breathtaking. The florals, the styling, the tablescape was something out of a magazine. We loved it, the guest loved it, everyone gushed about it even days later. The day went so smoothly too and all we had to think about was enjoying the moment and taking it all in. The venue coordinator also said it was the best produced wedding they’ve hosted. Though it went by quickly, the day was truly magical and we owe it all to Ponistudio for making all the beautiful details outstanding. 10/10 recommend to anyone considering Ponistudio. Its hard to find the right words to describe how bloody thankful I am that I chose to book Poni Studio to style my wedding. Shae was an absolute dream to work with. From only a brief phone convo, she created the perfect styling concept. I was in absolute awe when I finally got to see it all come together on our wedding day.
The planning process with Shae was also faultless. Firstly her reply rate is actually record breaking. Not only did she always promptly reply to my styling questions and/or requests. She even offered wedding advice in other areas, that technically wasn't included in our package. She kept me at ease during the whole pre wedding period. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without her.

If you're on the fence about booking Poni Studio, DO IT!! You won't be disappointed by their hardwork, efficiency and love for what they do!!!!

I could not recommend Luci from Poni Studio more! We got married on a property in regional Victoria with everything planned as a pop up for the day and all outdoors. Of course with Melbourne weather, we received 60mm of rain the day before our wedding which would stress even the calmest of people - not Luci!
Having to pivot our plans for a set up the day of the wedding, Luci moved things around where needed and worked probably 20 hours straight to create our dream wedding. If any dramas came up, we wouldn’t have even known, as Luci had it covered. Her planning, styling, coordinating and support is what every couple need for their special day.
She is worth her weight in gold!

I apologise for the delay in writing this, it’s taken me a long time to think about exactly what I want to convey, but also how to do it that makes sense and isn’t just a shamble of gratitude.

I honestly don’t have enough synonyms for the word thankyou to express how truly grateful Tom, myself, and our families are for your amazing efforts throughout the entire wedding process.

From the first phone call with Luci, to the one the day masterpiece it was an absolute pleasure working with you both. Shae you made us feel like no question was too stupid, too much, or too outside the realms of possibility. On top of your amazing work, the vendors you put us in contact with truly are the best in the biz!

Shae, the way you managed to bring our concept to life from what I honestly think was the most broad description I could have possibly given someone was just incredibly, and honestly still brings tears to my eyes thinking about how spectacular it looked. On top of all this, you made it look effortless, professional and approached it with a fun attitude and for that we take out hat off to you, and thank you.

You guys are just magical and would do it all over again if I could!

I don't have enough words to rave about how incredible the team at Poni Studio are. From my first touch point, a phone call with Luci, I felt very seen and heard. My vision was a colourful, rainbow wedding - and from the very beginning they ran with all my ideas! They were completely on board!

Beautiful Shae was our stylist and on the day co-ordinator, who created the absolute wedding of our DREAMS! Nothing was too big, or too small for Shae to handle. She was extremely professional, but just SO much fun. I loved the planning process, which I completely acknowledge was because of Shae making it effortless and easy for me. Shae felt like one of my bridesmaids. She was always so excited for us and I am going to miss planning this wedding with her! She is a friend for life.

When I saw our arbour on our wedding day I cried! It was better than anything I could have imagined. I was also blown away by the set up of our reception. It was better than any Pinterest photo I had ever seen. Our venue has a very quick turn around time for set ups, and the Poni Studio team transformed our venue into a rainbow heaven.

Luci provided Mad and I with the most incredible wedding we could have ever hoped for in Fiji at the Intercontinental Hotel.

For a wedding of reasonably large size (150 all from Aus), dealing with staff from a different country for months, Luci absolutely nailed our wedding. No detail was too granular or task too big for her to tackle in pursuit of giving us the most memorable experience of our lives.

If you want your wedding to be perfect in every way you imagined it, then Poni Studio's is definitely the way to go.
