Honestly can't thank Cait enough for being our wedding coordinator!
From 6 weeks out she kept everything on track and coordinated with all the vendors to make sure that our wedding day ran smoothly and we had such a wonderful, stress-free day because of her!! Cait was also so so lovely and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Also want to say a big thanks to Anna for assisting Cait on the day as well.
I would highly recommend Cait to anyone looking for a coordinator who’ll go above and beyond!!

We said so many times during the planning process, and maintain, that we just could not have put on a wedding without Cait and the team at CelebrAIT. Cait knows her wedding logistics and design and also knew the suppliers that would work with us and our vision the best. She also happily and productively worked with those we introduced to her. Cait was a steady hand that guided us through the confusion of wedding planning. She was intuitive, creative, easy to work with and very generous with her time and energy. On the day it was incredible to have someone we trusted, taking care of the venue. While we were getting ready, she was making the venue look like a million bucks. We booked CelebrAIT’s wedding consultation service, and we couldn’t be happier that we did! The tools Cait provided to help us stay on track with the wedding planning process were the perfect amount of support. They allowed us to plan most of our day on our own, while still feeling guided and reassured along the way. Anyone planning a wedding should seriously consider using this service—it takes so much of the stress and overthinking out of the process.

We also had Anna from the CelebrAIT team assist with on-the-day coordination, and not a single day went by in the lead-up to our wedding where we didn’t say to each other how it was the best decision we made during the entire planning process! You truly can’t put a price on the peace of mind that comes from having someone like Anna in your corner—she’s worth her weight in gold. Anna was unbelievably organized, incredibly responsive, and an all-around legend of a coordinator. She thought of all the little details so we didn’t have to, and as soon as she was involved, we knew our wedding was in great hands. We had total confidence that it would be the perfect day—and it absolutely was.

Cait was amazing and what a life saver on the day! We got in contact with Cait about 6-7 months out, and from day 1, she provided a lot of information and tips that helped us along the way. She guided us throughout the whole process, pointing out things that we missed and what we should consider.
And on the day she's a gun! She helped the morning setup, church setup and went around checking on people and things to make sure everything is in order! Could not have been happier with the service and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding planner!

An Absolute Gem. Cait was the the true MVP of our wedding celebration. It's honestly hard to put into words just how much we appreciated her presence. Right from the get-go, I knew we needed someone to roll with our DIY venue.
