We recently had the opportunity to use Green Gala Events and loved every part of the experience.
We had to shift a birthday celebration last minute from a venue to a smaller space, and Cassie helped us with her magic to transform a lounge into a fine dining experience, all of it at a competitive price.

Cassie was absolutely wonderful to work with. We started talking many months before our wedding and communication with her was very easy and clear, she was also very patient throughout the process and gave us really good advice.

We decided to transform our courtyard into a cosy and relaxed space to host our intimate wedding, where some of our close friends can come together to celebrate. The theme was bohemian with more dusty pinks and greens, Cassie was able to source many of the decoration items we wanted and in the colours we wanted and even organised a beautiful macrame backdrop for our ceremony.

Cassie was flexible with her decoration inclusions and always made sure to communicate pricing with us so we can budget accordingly. Having previously spoken to other companies, I know that most of their packages are very rigid and because we didn't know how much decoration we would need to ensure the space felt "sufficiently decorated", we really appreciated how flexible Cassie was.

To ensure the wedding day was as stress-free as possible, Cassie came over the day before the wedding to start the decoration process and continued into the morning of the wedding. She finished the decoration with plenty of time to spare, the finish was perfect down to the last detail.

Cassie also helped source all the real and faux flowers, and made an absolutely amazing bouquet for me!

We highly recommend Cassie and will definitely engage with her again if we ever organise another event at home.

Green gala events saved our day.. I love a party. I love a theme. Asking Cassie and her team to help was a dream come true. It was incredibly beautiful. My daughter loved her 12th birthday setup. Which allowed me to sort the other things needed for the day - Like photograph it all, and feed the hungry guests and organise the party games. If you are thinking you’d like help, I would say do yourself a favour, and your sanity, and let Cassie organise it. A dream come true. Thankyou team Green gala.. forever grateful. Green Gala Events really helped elevate a birthday lunch from lovely to wonderful. Cassie's decor and serve ware suggestions met the brief - a casual but celebratory meal with family - perfectly, and everyone commented on how great our dining room looked. To top it all off, Cassie's delivery and collection service made the event stress-free. This was my second experience with Green Gala Events, and it won't be my last. Brilliant result - green gala were easy to work with and made my 40th bday a spectacular and elegant affair. Cassie did a site visit and worked with me to come up with a vintage inspired vision that worked perfectly for the warehouse style apartment space - adding glamour and beauty. Perfect!

Green Gala Events made our little girls birthday celebration so special. Having freedom from setting up the event ment that my partner and I could focus on the birthday girl, her sister and the guests. There was plenty of fun and activities for the kids. Our party space was decorated beautifully with vibrant colours and fun decor. No set up or clean up was a plus for us and sending every child home with a fun craft activity instead of a bag of lollies was a touch more aligned with what is important to our family.
