Cannot speak more highly of Helloworld Travel Bacchus Marsh. Nothing is too much trouble for Anne and her friendly team! Helloworld has been my Travel Agent of choice for over 10 years!

Sharon, my experienced consultant, goes to great lengths to ensure my travel is trouble free. My most recent trip to Thailand went very smoothly, thanks to Sharon’s attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble, all transfers went like clockwork, her suggestions for accommodation and attractions to visit while there were spot on. Attention to the smallest detail is the key and Sharon and her co-workers attest to this in every way.

Sharon recently arranged our trip to Singapore and the Maldives. Absolutey wonderful trip with some lovely surprises she somehow managed to swing for our special anniversary. We no longer live in Bacchus Marsh but still choose to come back to Sharon as we always have.

Our mother wished to book a holiday to Bali for herself and a friend - They are both in their 60's and not experienced travellers.

The team at Helloworld Bacchus Marsh were able to provide them with some easy to navigate holiday options inclusive of flights which assisted them in making decisions when it came to the things they would like to experience. They were provided with hotel options and restaurant/activity recommendations as well as safety information and useful tourism tips.

All necessary Visa's, airport transfers, travel money options etc were taken care of by Amela and our mother was able to experience a stress free holiday by simply following the itinerary provided for them.

Highly recommend the service for those looking for peace of mind with respect to travel plans and customer support throughout the journey.

What a great team, incredible service and fabulous staff. All the details were taken care of with consultation and recommendations on every booking we have made with Sharon and Anne as our main contacts.
We had a shaky start in 2020 with a postponement due to injury and then cancellation due to Covid, which the staff helped us manage including insurance claims e.t.c. my husband and I have just returned from our amazing Wonders of Africa Scenic tour. It was lovely to receive a follow up phone call from Sharon now that we have recovered from our jet lag. Not sure how we can surpass Africa but I'm sure we will be booking our next adventure with this team at Helloworld in Bacchus Marsh.

We had an amazing holiday touring the UK and Ireland followed by a 12 day Italian tour all organised by Joanne from Helloworld Baccus Marsh. We enjoyed both tours for different reasons. First tour it was fully organised, which made it so easy. Italian tour was more laid back with hotels ,trains and day tours booked, but we found our own way to each. Joanne made it super easy for us by having each day's tickets etc in a folder, so we could follow directions easily, thankyou..
I can't recommend Helloworld enough for any travel needs, they go out of their way to help. Even if something goes wrong they're there to help, luckily we didn't need this help.
Can't wait for our next adventure.
