It was a pleasant experience traveling from Melbourne to Mt Buller with the coach transfer. Vijay was very helpful in ensuring we didn’t get on the wrong bus. The bus driver, Hugh, was very helpful and made sure when we got our rideshare once we reach the skating rink carpark near Buller. All in all, I would highly recommend to go with this company for your Mt Buller trip!

We are planning a trip to Mt Buller for my son's birthday, everyone purchased a snowboard package without knowing we also needed to purchase a lift pass to use at the resort. We did not have the extra $175 per person to do this . We are very grateful to have been able to receive a full refund of the snowboard package. I was very happy with easy contact and communication to be able to resolve our concerns, and get us back to being excited about our upcoming day at the snow.

First time been there. Maintained very well. You have to park your car at CarPark 4 if one day off trip and then take 10-min shuttle bus to the mountain. Staffs there are realy helpful and informative. Really like Mt Bullee.
