It is my second time booking with Lin Lee and I just want to commend on how efficient and accomodating Lin was with my booking. This 2nd time round, I mucked around quite a bit because our dates weren't confirmed. But Lin was incredibly nice to accommodate the changes. My family had a really great trip and everything went without a hitch. I would recommend Lin to anyone booking trips to US and also Europe. She was a great help because she managed all the multistop flights between the countries and I didn't have to worry at all. Thank you so so much Lin!

Lin was very responsive and helpful - after we were informed that our layover would be extended to 8 hours, Lin helped us on the same day to get lounge access to help make the long layover much more bearable.

Have used them most times to book my travel. Lin and the other girls are very helpful and good customer service. For my last trip to Japan, Catherine even gave some tips on the food etc..Their prices are competitive as well.

Located in a converted residential garage. Staff can speak fluent English, Mandarin and various Chinese dialects. Staff are helpful, but there are times you have to wait for service, because they are busy. There is a display of travel brochures. Wings Travel started with selling air tickets, but they now offer packaged tour and booking of hotels.
