For the first time I had my holidays planned by someone else i.e. Maria from Round Travel! Our trip to Vietnam was well planned and arranged by Round Travel team and so the tours in Vietnam. We enjoyed our private, well arranged tours both in HoChiMinh and DaNang. Thanks Maria, I believe I let you arrange my trips form now on, you did better than me haha!

Desi manually put our 7 week holiday together and we made quite a few changes along the way. It was amazing.
All the hotels were in great locations and met our expectations. She was very personable and pleasant to deal with. We had a last minute flight cancellation in Europe but Desi and Maria really came through for us and sorted it out. I would never do a big overseas trip without them. Will definitely use them again!

This was also our first overseas big trip and we got great advice.

I was also really impressed with our travel folder they made. All tickets and vouchers were in correct order and it just made it so easy for us inexperienced travellers.

Tony and I have now returned to Australia after our wonderful overseas holiday to Europe.

We both wanted to thank Desi for all her hard work with our booking.
Although we didn't have a set itinerary Desi still managed to make sense of our rather vague wishes.
Desi's attention to detail and her skills as a travel agent are much appreciated and gave me the confidence to travel with a disability, on a trip I otherwise wouldn't have attempted.
We especially appreciated how she looked "outside" the box to find sensible solutions to our transport issues when we had to make changes during our trip. That certainly helped relieve some stress.

The experience you have gained over your many years as a travel agent are evident in your expertise in finding the best solutions for each issue that arose.

Once again you have our thanks and gratitude for ensuring we had far less stress on our holiday than we would have had without your skill and knowledge.

Have only just returned from an extensive & complex trip away for an adult family of 5. You endured all the changes & alternations to this complex trip. We’ve had the best time, the 5 weeks went smoothly & without any hitches. The accommodation was without fault & served the needs as per request. Our Amtrak experience was amazing & much more enlightened to the 100 Q’s we had before. OMG, the amount of times I have relied on Maria for help both before and during my trips is ridiculous. Her and her staff have made so so many of my holidays absolutely amazing, with every detail of the trip covered. We wanted to arrange a family holiday to Hamilton island and I was so impressed by the lengths Maria went to organising every bit for us. Turned out we could not line up flights and accommodation at the same time due to it being the busy season so we changed dates which was not an issue. The issue would have been if we had tried to do that ourselves we would have bought our flights then tried to get accommodation only to find there wasn’t any. Saved us a huge amount of stress and money. With the uncertainty around covid I would now never go anywhere else.
