I cannot recommend Jesse from Flight Centre enough! He organised my trip at the last minute, and when one of the accommodations overbooked itself, he quickly sorted out an upgrade at no extra cost – all before even informing me there was an issue. Jesse truly managed everything – from flights and accommodation to activities – with such professionalism and attention to detail that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Riley Timms was my consultant. She was brilliant. Very helpful in advising on all my main flight options, considering my own planned route was a bit challenging. I got a wonderful deal in the end. My flight also got cancelled just before it was due to leave, and she went well above and beyond to find me an alternative flight path to ensure I could still arrive at my required time.
