We had the most amazing experience working with Kath and the Bow Creative team for our wedding, and we still can’t believe how wonderful the day was.

From the very beginning, Kath was approachable, organised and truly attentive to our ideas. We chose the planning, styling, and coordination package, and it was by far the best decision we made. Over the course of the year, she provided invaluable advice, answered all our questions, and expertly guided us through every decision. She took care of just about everything, communicating with our suppliers, managing logistics and leading the styling, allowing us have a hands off and stress free approach. Kath was incredibly patient and supportive, always willing to accommodate our requests, no matter how big or small. She also brought together a dream team of suppliers we wouldn’t have found on our own, each one top-notch and playing a crucial role in making our day so special.

We loved how Kath was able to understand our ideas and brought them together into a stunning, seamless day. She absolutely nailed our vision, and the wedding turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. The styling exceeded all of our expectations, and it was clear that Kath’s creativity and expertise were behind every element of the design.

Wow, where do we even start? Having Kath as our stylist and coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our big day! Kath didn’t just listen to our vision - she took it and ran with it, creating something that was beyond perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning everything looked!

Kath and her team made sure everything ran like clockwork and nothing was missed. Their vendor management skills are top-notch - everyone was exactly where they needed to be, right when they needed to be there. And we can’t not mention the detailed spreadsheet they prepared! It has taken just over a year to write our review as we have found it so difficult to find the words to describe our experience with Kath and the Bow Team. We have thanked her over many messages, social media posts, catch ups and gifts but crumbled every time we needed to put it all into one review. Hands down - Kath deserves the sky full of stars...

From the moment we met, we knew we were in the best hands possible. We instantly clicked, she was the person to get things done, perfecting and curating each and every detail along the way. She was not just a wedding planner and stylist but became a friend, confidant, and true partner in creating the most magical day of our lives.

Our vision was Old Hollywood Glam but make it Melbourne, with Australian Natives, art and a little chaos. She conceptualised our brief perfectly. She has brought wedding styling to a new level - it was edgy yet glamourous.

She went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality, understanding who we were as a couple to curate our dream day and portray our love story. She handpicked incredibly talented vendors that put so much heart and soul into our day, adding their creative flair along the journey.

We are beyond grateful to have Kath for the complete planning and styling package - from finding venues together, she guided us through each stage of the journey and supported us through the ups and downs and everything in between.

We are eternally grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day truly unforgettable and that she came of maternity leave early to personally manage our entire day. We are in awe of her dedication to her art and passion in ensuring her couples have the most magical memories. Bringing Kath and the team at Bow Creative on to help us plan and style our wedding was the best decision we made and well worth every cent.

I had no idea where to start and no vision other than some things I'd seen on Instagram - Kath managed to pull a stunning look book together from the most vague brief I'd given her. The minute we locked Bow Creative in, I had such a sense of relief. I was confident that nothing would be missed or forgotten, she helped us stick to our budget, she brought in some incredible suppliers including Graham from Tweed Twigs and then when we were two months out, she took over the coordination of literally everyone and everything (celebrant, photographer, venue, hair and makeup, etc). The infamous run sheet was updated to the minute and kept the whole day running smoothly.

Walking into the ceremony and reception and seeing the final product was incredible. It was better than my Instagram vision and Kath had gone above and beyond to make it so, spending hours the night before hand-tying velvet bows and bringing in an army to flip the lunch sitting at our restaurant venue into a wedding reception in record time. The day went off without a single hitch and we spent the entire evening just enjoying ourselves and spending time with family, friends and each other; how a wedding should be! We cannot thank her and the whole Bow team enough. It was just perfect.

With life’s chaos we decided we needed help for our interstate wedding, and now I can’t imagine our day being any way other than the perfection it was, all thanks to Annie and Kath. I was drawn to Bow’s aesthetic after seeing their events through the photographer we had booked. I met with Kath first at our complimentary consult and instantly felt like she understood our values and what we wanted for the day - exceptional food/wine, beautiful architecture, and providing our guests with an experience. Annie was our main coordinator and she is so patient, proactive, wonderful with communication and socially intelligent. She also understood our vision and connected us with amazing vendors. And by vision, I mean a few photos from Pinterest and I felt totally at ease handing over the reigns. Annie even created our stationary, down to my request for black velvet bows to be stuck on the menus! I can’t thank Bow Creative enough for delivering the most seamless and beautiful day for us (in 8 weeks too!). It wouldn’t have been the day it was without them, HIGHLY recommended xxx

We got Kath and her team's help with the full planning, coordination, and styling package for our wedding after a recommendation from a friend. There's so many positives that we don't even know where to start.

Kath was with us every step of our planning journey and would always guide us and answer all of our questions. We were engaged for a long time but she always helped us keep on-track so that we never had to stress.

We probably wouldn't have found our venue if it wasn't for her. She shortlisted sites for us based on what we were looking for, and then came with us when we went to go visit them. One of the many pain points with wedding planning is that each venue is different and has different inclusions/exclusions (e.g., catering, linens, seating etc). Kath has a deep understanding of the venues and what is required at a wedding, and so was able to explain the differences between venues so that we could compare them all on an even footing. (Eg. this place will need more floristry, that place will need linens etc).

Kath also put together a styling pack based on a moodboard of what we wanted, and brought it together on the day. She's great at this and helped bring to reality what we had only been thinking about.

Her structured approach to planning was great. She helped us with excel runsheets for every stakeholder, she kept track of our wedding budget (and kept under it!), gave us heaps of tips and tricks from her vast experience, and helped everything run smoothly. She told us what we could safely cut down on and what was genuinely critical. She was our 'everything person' on the day and made sure everything flowed. She saved us money with vendors and got us some freebies. And when things didn't go according to plan (guest troubles!) she was so good at problem solving that we didn't have to stress at all.

We could not have done the wedding without her. She made our day so special, so much so that we got to enjoy our day as guests of honour without any admin worries at all. It was the wedding we had always dreamed about and there is nothing we would have done differently.

Could not recommend Kath and her team enough. Kath has such a unique and classy style and will make sure your wedding is perfect for you!
