I've been a customer of HPD for several years and have been happy with the products and service until recently.
I received a box of coffee sachets that had been damaged. I rang HPD and they said to email photos, which I did. They advised me that a courier would come and pick up the box. I requested for them to resend another box as I was completely out of coffee for my guests. They told me that they wanted to inspect the damaged returned box first before they could resend a new box.
The box didn't get picked up from the courier for over a week and rang them several times. I ended up finding another supplier that posted my order within a couple of days.
I felt HPD were very unreasonable and took too long to solve the issue. HPD you have lost a customer.

Never in my life have I been so disgusted by a business owner, I am truly shook.

My last order had damaged items (it was clear to see they were sent to me that was as their was no damage to the box) as well as missing items. This was not the issue as I presumed it would be sorted out no problems.

I was so wrong wow!! Andrew the owner called me accusing me of lying & telling me someone’s opened the box before I received it. Then mid way through conversation he started to bad mouth me to colleagues then hung up.

I phoned him back & what came out of his mouth was beyond appalling. He then went quiet for the rest of the call, then laughed said he just recorded me & hung up again.

I don't write very much reviews, and this is the first time I ordered from Hotel product direct and I was very happy with the service I received. The lady in the office was very helpful and I got my stocks much earlier than expected. Now this is what I call 'under promise and over deliver'. would definitely recommend and order again. Good work!

One of the quickest and friendliest business services. The staff is very helpful and the whole shopping experience is very pleasant. I’ve been buying supplies from these guys for my Airbnb for about 3 years.
I drive 1 1/2 hours a couple of times a year to restock and see what new thing they have.
