I tried to call and book a room for my daughter and I for Christmas night. The woman who answered was probably the rudest and most abrupt hospitality worker I have ever encountered. She literally barked at me that they do not take one night bookings over Christmas; no discussion!

Do not expect good service at this establishment.

Have always felt accommodated and looked after while staying here. Clean and tidy accommodation. Housekeepers and Managment are always friendly, no request is too much for them. Will be back!

Clean, spacious, & quiet apartment with great kitchen & amenities. - I stayed here recently after a Friday afternoon wedding rehearsal before officiating the wedding on the Saturday afternoon in the Dandenong ranges. It was so great to not have to drive back into the city. Handy parking out the front & in the side street too.

Amazing place to stay, would definitely stay again. Cleanliness is a 10/10, staff and owner had incredible service and really close to everything needed for a great holiday, with a 24hr 7/11 right across the road..

Stayed here from the 18th to 23rd March, booking was under my mother’s name. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the rooms were also well equipped and spacious with all amenities in the kitchen and living room. The only problem being there’s no housekeeping service for 7 day’s, so it felt more like an Air BNB than a serviced apartment. The housekeeping staff are also very helpful except for the female owner who answers the calls for general queries as there is no reception available. For any general enquiry made by me or my mother over the phone her response was quite rude and arrogant and not at all helpful, wasn’t surprised to find other reviews highlighting the same about the female owner. Won’t be returning only due to that reason rest everything about the apartment was alright, the location from the CBD being a bit far to reach by public transport.

The following is in response to the false comments to my review made by the female owner mentioned above
Dear female owner,
To hide your arrogance and rude behaviour towards us your false rant is not at all justified my father and I literally asked the housekeepers with utmost politeness for simple amenities that were salt and soap which weren’t sufficient for us, have some shame to not have brought your hardworking staff in this to defend your arrogance, we also thanked them there and even positively reviewed them for the same above, also it was never my parents who made the call it was me who called and asked you a simple question if you have a spare torch placed in the room and how long do you think the electricity would come back, how is that even harassment under any definition. We also never asked you for any kind of linen at all, I’m shocked as to how much lies can you blurt out in one response just to defend your ego and arrogance. We had also kept our rooms extremely clean enough while checking out. It is so unethical of you to blurt out lies about me and my family just for a simple review I wrote, appreciating everything except your arrogance and rude behaviour which is eveident in so many reviews.

Amazing luxurious feel to the place. Huge, very clean rooms with everything you need. Easy to use washer, dryer, dish washer and Smart TV. My room (this time) had its own entrance and balcony which was very convenient, close to parking and made it feel like it was my own place.

Great week long stay while our house was being painted. Reception was very friendly and all questions were answered. Plenty of parking onsite. Large number of shops nearby including a 7/11 across the road. two super markets in walking distance. Super large tv and two soft beds. You will need to supply all food including oil, salt, pepper etc. Everything else is included, even soaps and detergents.
