We booked Gather Round's Pizza Wagon for our wedding in Nov, 2023. Could not recommend them enough!! Our guests loved it – we even had leftover pizza the next day while we were tidying up the venue and reminiscing.
From the very start, Grace thoroughly answered all our questions in great detail. All we had to do was pick 5 flavours (can confirm they were ALL tasty). On the day, it all went so smoothly. They are all such pros. Weddings are stressful enough, so a huge thank you to Hannah, Zak & the team for giving us 1 less thing to worry about! Photos by the lovely @farrahallan

We hired the Pizza wagon with the gelati cart, the privy and the cool room for our wedding in April!

Fantastic company to work with in all correspondence - answered all our silly questions in the lead up to! Were amazing to work with for bump in!

The toilets were great, easy to access, well stocked, well lit and clean! Easy to lock!

The cool-room had so much room! We bought a lot of alcohol for the wedding and there was plenty of room left over for more to fit inside! Definitely a must!

The pizza wagon was awesome! The pizzas were delicious! We had the antipasto boards and salads which were great too! No guest went hungry and they just kept pumping out the pizzas all night! The gelati cart was awesome despite the rain everyone was still eating gelati!

Catered to all of ours guests dietary requests which was much appreciated by the guests!

Thanks so much to the team especially Allan for bumping in with the coolroom and toilets and for coming out to help the pizza wagon at 1am in torrential rain!

Cannot recommend these guys enough!

So glad I chose Gather Round to cater our wedding! We went with the pizza wagon and gelati cart and what a hit it was. Everyone loved the food and we got so many compliments. Not only was the food delicious but the service was absolutely above and beyond! A massive thanks to the team that were there on the day. It was torrential rain on the day so the idea of having the food outside and guests going to the wagon to collect it went straight out the window. The Gather Round team were not phased at all and instead brought the pizzas inside and walked around serving them, which was absolutely amazing and I am so thankful they did this without any worries at all. They also made sure to pin point myself and my husband and bring us food to make sure we also ate. I am so grateful for the Gather Round team and I will definitely be hiring them for my next event!

We used gather round for our wedding hiring both the old fashioned and the pizza wagon. Everything went great b and everyone absolutely loved the pizzas with nobody needing to hit a drive through on the way home. All the staff were friendly and professional and they made sure to assist with dietary requirements.

I'd 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services

All I can say is THANK YOU for making our wedding so magical. The tipi tent was just so beautiful when set up with all the festoon lighting. The team at gather round events were just incredible, such good communication. Zak the owner was so lovely to deal with as well as all his staff. Thank you Grace and Hannah in particular. You made wedding planning process so much easier. Worth its weight in gold. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. ?

We recently hired the Gather Round pizza truck for our backyard wedding party. Pizzas were absolutely delicious! Served on wooden boards they were quite fancy looking and were devoured by our 80 guests. We chose the option of set pizzas (80) rather than the unlimited option. This worked really well for us. They cook all the pizzas and box the uneaten ones which were then eaten by those that partied late. The pizza truck is so cute and made for awesome photos! Thanks guys for helping to make our night special. Highly recommend this company who were easy to deal with, communication was excellent, great staff on the night and the high quality produce is amazing!

We had Gather Round events for our main dinner service for our wedding with the Pizza Wagon set up at our venue. We had experienced their delicious pizzas and wonderful service at a previous wedding and wanted to lock them in for our own wedding.

We wanted a relaxed chill vibe for our and the Pizza Wagon helped with this vision. Who can resist unlimited pizzas for three hours? Our guests were very happy, some knew they were in for some good food also already having experienced the Pizza Wagon, even the vendors were excited to hear that Pizza Wagon were catering.

We would highly recommended Gather Round Events and everything that they offer. All the admin leading up to the event was also seamless and easy! Thanks so much team!
