We were very fortunate to have Kirsty Love from Hello World organise and facilitate our recent trip to Europe. We had an amazing trip and everything exceeded our expectations. Kirsty’s meticulous planning was perfect and it all went off without a hitch. She listened carefully to our initial ideas and possible destinations and weaved them into an unforgettable eight week itinerary. All of the accommodation that Kirsty selected, in over ten countries were perfectly organised and of a very good standard. She carefully planned all of our movements and transfers with precision.
Kirsty remained in constant contact over the twelve months that it took to plan and execute our holiday. She responded promptly to our emails and phone calls and was as excited about our trip as we were. Kirsty listened to our feedback and made changes where appropriate to our itinerary.
We highly recommend Kirsty and Hello World Croydon and will definitely engage with Kirsty for our next trip.

We had been recommended to go to HelloWorld Croydon Hills by our son and daughter in law. We popped in unannounced and were greeted by Kirsty Love who gave us the time as we did not know where to start. We left with brochures and the feeling that we were on the right track. We then made an appointment and everything fell into place, Kirsty organised everything for us from Limo to airport and back and a 2 island New Zealand Coach tour for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We would recommend travelling in September,October as it was not that cold and snow capped mountains, it was everything we had imagined with a Wow ! at every corner. It was totally problems free and it was completely stress free.Thankyou so much to Kirsty for your patience with us as we were unfamiliar travellers of this type of holiday. Highly recommend!

I have used Hello World in Croydon Hills for all my trips. I love them they are so helpful and I have presented them with some very complicated travel requests like different family members coming and going at different times and days. This time it was cash flow after selling a business and the money for the deposit didn't come in when it should have and ill health. Hello World fiddled and retained my accommodation even though they had to wait for the money. I leave tomorrow! Can't wait. Thank you Hello World you are my travel superheros!!

We would like to thank Julie Clarkson at Hello World, firstly for planning a series of overseas tours and cruises for us and then, for the support she afforded us when, after four days into the first leg, I became sick and found myself in a hospital in Europe.
Julie took calls any time of day and night to help us with the process of getting home. We don't know how we would have coped without her mediation and action on our behalf. Every time a problem arrived, Julie addressed it and remained in contact with us until we arrived home.
All the agents who work with Julie are friendly and helpful and nothing's too difficult. They really know their business. This is the second time Hello World Croydon Hills has organised a travel itinerary for us and we will be going back again.
