Comfortable Stay, Needs Some Updates

Overall, a good stay. Parking was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy, though a bit outdated for the price. The bed sheets were spotless, and the shower had the best water pressure I’ve had in any hotel!

The bathroom was clean, but there’s no chef on weekends, which meant limited dining options. Despite that, everything else was comfortable, and I’d consider returning if the rooms were updated.

This place used to be great until the new owners took over. On arrival stood there with no one before me waiting to be served. 3 staff on and not one person said anything until they were good and ready after a few minutes. Obviously the new Yankee owners don’t want you to eat anywhere but their own un inspired overpriced joke of a restaurant. They have removed all the cutlery from all the rooms cutlery draws thinking it would force people to give in and use their restaurant. Very poor service and very disgusting customer focus putting profits before the needs of their clientele. Avoid this place and choose one of the many other great accomodations in town. Also the place is a fire hazard. Emergency exit lights are not illuminated and there are no emergency evacuation diagrams. This would cause extreme disorientation in a smoke filled environment and they can’t even meet minimum safety requirements.

Stopped overnight travelling through with the family for a funeral on the following day. Reception staff very accommodating to our needs. Beautiful nights sleep, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, especially after travelling long distances. Great breakfast in the morning served by very friendly waitress who efficiently looked after us. Will highly recommend to others........well done thank-you.

Room was tidy. The couch had a suspicious stain on it. The bathroom ceiling leaked all night and made the floor very slippery as well as messy and having to hear the drips all night.

Another lovely stay at this beautiful Motel! The rooms are great size, new renovatet! There is full Foxtel available and WIFI is fast and consistent! The Restaurant onsite offers a la carte breakfast daily, plenty to choose from! Dinner is also available and they offer roomservice too! My room had a nespresso coffee machine too- great feature! My home away from home! Staff is always nice too!

Just perfect.
The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet and super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. When you are a good cook dining out is often a disappointment but last night the mains ans desserts were yum.
Gluten free for a Coeliac was not an issue.
