Ben from First Travel Group goes above and beyond - his attention and care in gaining the detailed and best options for bringing our 16yr old daughter home from Europe during Covid were outstanding. Ben remained calm under my continual pressure and presented our family detailed information and clarity, even connecting with State health departments to advise on entry criteria. First Travel Group have provided business best practice - care, attention, detail, follow up and consistent effort.

I used to do all my own travel bookings online but for my last trip I booked through Ben and I can’t recommend him enough. He made the whole process so easy. He found the best prices /options for flights and had everything covered from seating on the plane (we were travelling with an infant and he organised the front row with bassinet) and also car hire and insurance etc. Everything was covered and made it so stress free. Thanks Ben and team!

As an ex-travel agent, I was hesitant to go through a travel agent to book my family’s flights to Europe (surely I can do it myself online and save money - I know what I’m doing right?) but I was recommended First Travel Group so thought I would give it a shot. And I’m SO HAPPY I did.

Ben and Beck made the whole process ridiculously easy. They got us a great price on the flights and insurance and have been so super thorough adding in seat requests, meal requests, frequent flyers etc. - all things that would have been added to my already endless Christmas to-do list (and probably wouldn’t have got around to doing until the last minute).

Honestly, I’ll never book my own flights again. I also feel really good about supporting a small business rather than the airline directly and just couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve got from Ben.
