Annie rocks. Her professionalism is outstanding. Where as today she could have sold me an overseas ticket, she suggested I wait to see how the Covid-19 thing is going in my destination country. She also explained airline cancellation policies in case of Covid. I'm not a really experienced overseas traveller but she takes the time to explain things in a way that I can understand. Which is very much appreciated.

They price gouge badly. Don't book with them. They sold a tour from Extragreen (from Melbourne to Sydney and Canberra). If you contact Extragreen directly at Swanston Street, you pay $353 pp. Buy the same tour from A&S Travel,m you get charged $395 pp. We made the mistake of buying through them. And they have no idea what kind of bus you will travel with, what hotels you will stay. They know nothing about the tour they sell. All they did was to grasp the money and run.
