The most horrible, incompetent and above all DECEPTIVE agency i ever seen! i paid more than $600 AUD for the service that i didn't get including 150 AUD without receipt!
in my view, Australian Consumers Affairs needs to see into this "agency" ! by the way, its name should've been WORST Flay instead of FIRST!!!
If i find it necessary, i will be posting more depending on the response of the so called agency!

The following is in response to the the owners response to my comment in review sections couple of days ago :
Hi there,
To begin with, I didn't come to the egency for itinerary! ( another manifestation of incompency). I came to apply for Yellow Card via your agency on 4th of January 2023! After you filled in the form (#7LH2), you asked me to pay $448.57 AUD to Ethiopian Embassy plus $13.46 AUD international transaction fee (invoice #082103). I did it through my debit card right there in your office. Then, you asked me to pay $150.00 AUD in CASH. I did it on the spot.
The very that day at 7:28 pm I received a text message ( I forwarded to you) from unknown number that says the application you lodged for me was INCOMPLETE!
Add up the money that paid... it comes to $612.03 AUD!!

Now, what did I get in return? NOTHING!!
You told me to collect the Yellow Card paper document ONE DAY when I go to Ethiopia...!!
Is that fair after extracting the most precious commodity in my pocket? If this kind of "service" is not DECEPTION, INCOMPETENCE, above all DISHONESTY, what could it be? Australian, or no-one for that matter, deserve such below the standard service if it is service at all.
