I want to start by saying big thank you to Roberta who help me with my Australian trip. I was pretty clueless and Roberta gave me great advice and telling me about amazing places that I will always remember. The highlight of the trip was a dive on the Great Barrier Reef - Roberta found a great tour and got me a cheaper price than any of the tour operators in Cairns.

Definitaly one of the best agencies I've experienced with. As a solo traveler, I felt I always could get advices when I was not sure what to do. Sarah has always been there for me. In addition, she offered me the best prices I could find for tours or another types of those things. This company can help you more than you would expect, even if you are not german (like me?).

Sarah made my stay in tassie so much better. Without her I wouldn't have done the Bruny island cruise, or see platypus. I highly recommend booking with her, she has great suggestions to make your stay better.

I did a 5 Day Tasmania trip booked with Germans Travel and hosted by ,,Underdownunder".
The trip by it self was perfect but agents from German Travels (Sarah S.) does loose the patience as soon you payed (her) Germans Travel. She will change her behaviour from a friendly agent to a unprofessional/rude human being.

Sad to see that Agents change like that directly after you paid them. Have heard Similar things about her from other people.
