My dog & I enjoyed our 5 nights in a dog-friendly cabin.
The bed was SO comfortable; the air-conditioner very efficient; & the cabin was very clean.
I brought several small things to the attention of the lady at Reception when I checked-out :
dripping shower; towel rail kept falling off; & one blind at front door stuck, as it wasn't sitting on the reel properly.

We stayed in our caravan with our own shower & toilet. We used the amenities toilet on site but our own shower. Would be better if there was more showers then 2 for one side of the caravan park, the pool was a little dirty and we didn’t see many people going around cleaning etc, but other then that was so much fun with the pool, half basket ball area and kids play area. It all needs an update but it does say it’s an old style caravan park. We will definitely stay again, the contact less check it was so easy and all hassle free! Thank you 🙂

We stayed in our own caravan on your site. The park was very quiet with no other caravaners there. The park was very clean and it looks like you are in the middle of improving everything. The location was great with just a short ride to towns cafes and restaurants'. We probably wont be returning to Bright but will definitely recommend your park to our friends.

A quiet, relaxing park.
Showers were terrible though. My husband had a very cold shower - not by choice. Mine was way too hot. In the beginning it was fine, but then got very hot. Although i tried to keep adjusting the taps, I found it impossible to lower the temperature.
Unfair to charge $50 for a powered site then have unsatisfactory showers. I hardly think we used $50 power. Some recompense would be greatly appreciated.

Stayed in one of the supreme cabins with a group of 4 mates whilst on a recent golf trip. Heaps of room and comfortable lounging areas. Had everything we needed and operators are friendly. Highly recommend.

Was offered a site right next to a cabin which they were using to throw all their rubbish out. Overall poor service, mediocre environment. The unpowered sites were marginally better with some privacy

We were extremely disappointed to be given two sites where one wasn't usable with tents. It was part rock, part tree roots, and part grass. We ended up putting two tents on one site and using the other for our fire pit and dining. All the while, 4 vacant spots that were all grassed remained vacant for the entirety of the long weekend.
Amenities are very basic, desperately in need of a renovation, but thankfully kept clean.
Sadly, this is another caravan park, run on a shoestring with no face-to-face interaction, no shop to buy an ice cream, no access to emergency supplies or ice or firewood. It really just lacked the holiday vibe we all look forward to when camping.

Stayed in the Treetop dorm for 3 nights. Room was nice, clean with a good mattress and compact. Would have liked a sink, mirror and bedside lamp as the 2 ceiling mounted flame throwers can’t be dimmed. Walking down the stairs to brush your teeth or take a piss gets old quickly. Communal Kitchen area is ok but only one medium sized fridge/freezer for all and the gas burners bbq could use a service as one is pretty weak. Plenty of kids around and the proximity to the Treetop dorm means you will be hearing them all day and well into the night. There are also yellow bellied honeyeaters that peck your bedroom windows shortly after dawn catching bugs…It’s pretty annoying if you wanted to sleep in. The hosts are aware but don’t know what to do about it. Despite being close to the road this didn’t present an issue. Bathrooms are showing their age but are functional and clean and the showers were excellent. In summary, it’s reasonable fare with some caveats.
