I had a wonderful stay at Alzburg Resort during a short business trip. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service and useful information throughout my visit. The room was clean, and the property and facilities were impressive.

I’ll definitely stay here again—hopefully for a leisure trip next time!

We stayed for 4 nights as part of a large group. The room was excellent with fridge, cooktop, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The king sized bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. My daily dip in the sparkling pool was relaxing. We loved using the BBQ and pool area. I wanted to move in. The price was very reasonable for the facilities offered. We would stay here again.

Our family had a lovely getaway! The location was perfect, with on-site snow gear and wheel chains hire. The room was clean, with comfy beds, great amenities, and the friendliest staff. There were many activities, including indoor and outdoor spas, a pool, sauna, tennis courts, table tennis, and a games room.

We stayed here during our ski trip to Mt Buller because the mountain accommodation was too pricey, and this turned out to be a great choice. Mansfield has everything you need—supermarkets and plenty of restaurants—making it a perfect overnight stop. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room had a large double bed and two single beds, all in a fully renovated, super comfortable space. It also had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave that doubles as a grill and a dishwasher. The room even had a washer and dryer, which was perfect after a day on the slopes. The hotel offers a dry room for wet ski gear and has a free spa, sauna, and swimming pool. I was especially impressed by John, who helped with our check-in. He was incredibly warm and friendly, and he went out of his way to explain the hotel’s amenities and share a bit of its history (the main building was once a convent!). I’m really glad we chose to stay here!

Have been staying here since they made Snowy 2.... It's always been a favourite of mine...
Stayed last weekend in a 2 bedroom apartment, king beds, tv's in both bedrooms, even a tiny one in bathroom overlooking spa. Big TV in lounge, cooking facilities..
Tennis courts, indoor and outdoor spa (warm and cool)
Nice big pool, bbqs, just a really nice resort.
Did i mention 5 mins walk to the main street pubs, etc.
Management are great and will go out of their way to help you feel right at home.
Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting a weekend away.

Great hotel, with good facilities (great pool area to relax in after a long day), short 10 minute walk into town. Would recommend for families or groups of friends exploring Mansfield and surrounds.

It was a great spot to stay. The “apartments” are pretty small but bedrooms generous sized nice linen and short walk into the main st. Small kitchen had everything we needed and very easy check in.
