Eddie & Sarah looked after us really well. They communicated clearly about the arrangements for pick up & transfer and answered any of our queries promptly. The trailers (for both road bikes & ebikes) and minibuses were sophisticated, comfortable and had great a/c ! Having organized our trip ourselves and not through a company, working with Eddie & Sarah was a dream!

My sister and I had a fabulous first time experience riding the Great Victorian rail trail from Yarck to Mansfield. Sarah from Double Black Alpine Tours had everything organised perfectly. We loved the adventure, the rolling hills and countryside and the Bonnie Doon Pub for lunch

Sarah from Double Black Alpine was fantastic in providing us a bike transfer service for our group riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail between Yark and Tallarook. Very easy to book with friendly communication, quality transfer vehicle and safe and careful bike transport. Already thinking about our next trip.

I planned a trip to do the rail trail, but managed to entirely overlook transport to Mansfield. I needed a last minute shuttle, and Sarah was very accommodating to find a solution that fit our group's train and accommodation bookings. She was also very knowledgeable about the trail and offered lots of good info during the drive.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a shuttle in this part of Victoria

We had a wonderful 3 days cycling from Mansfield to Tallarook. Sarah and Eddie from Double Black Diamond made the logistics very easy. They picked us, our luggage and bikes up in Tallarook with a comfortable van and custom built trailer, and drove us to Mansfield with interesting commentary and conversation along the way. They booked our ensuite accommodation and made our dinner reservations for the 3 nights, and all were very good. The weather was touch and go, but Sarah was very accommodating around picking us up if heavy rain came. Luckily, we cycled all the way through beautiful scenery on a few different, but always good track surfaces. Sarah directed us to good lunch spots with excellent coffee. The 6 in our group all really enjoyed our trip.

Double Black Alpine organised our three-day family-and-kids bike ride along the Great Victorian Rail Trail, including itinerary, accomodation, bike hire, transfers and luggage porterage. We couldn't have asked for better hosts - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, taking care of all the logistics so all we had to do was enjoy the ride. Thanks so much Sarah and Eddie!
