Those people are the only travel agency that I came across that they were so honest, fair and with excellent customer service. They tell you every single thing that you need to know, they are transparent and very flexible with their DIY travel packages, and they do give honest and pure advice without any potential financial advantage over the customer service care. Have been travelling with Travel King for hajj and Umrah for 10 years now.Alhumdurillah brother Akbar provides the best service. Hotel transfers and Transportion was very comfortable and fully air-conditioned.A very comprehensive and detailed Ziyarah by Mufti as well. I have travelled with my 2 boys in September 2024 with brother Akbar. He booked the bullet trains from Madinah to Makkah which was extremely convenient and just took few hours and we were in Makkah.The hotel location was perfect, walking distance, meters away from both harramains Alhumdurillah. I would very Highly recommend Travel king for umrah and and Hajj journey.

Avoid TK for the guide services for hajj…. We have put faith in his services unfortunately he was not there with us in essential hajj days 9th 10th 11th 12 th dhul hajj we saw him in Mina but after muzdalifah he stayed in a different hotel and did not gave us the rightful service we were expecting from him ….. he should not take people in his group when he is not with them in the same hotel…… please avoid such deceitful services when he knew he was in different hotel he still persuaded us for being a guide why? He must have rectified this issue….

To all future hujjaj do not take a word from any travel and confirm if your guide is with you in the same hotel because you are in total kaos if he is not with you on 9th and 10th dhul hajj ……. Do not consider anybodies word till they are truthful at service providing be it hajj guide or any other…….
