We had a blast with Sightseeing Tours during our visit to Cairns to check out the outdoors. Our guide Jeremy was an amazing and knowledgeable individual who from the first point of contact to the very end has been so professional making sure our experience was an unforgettable one. We really enjoyed our tour checking out crocodiles in the wild, boardwalk with outdoor lunch served by the beach and to end it all dipping in Mossman Gorge away from the crowd. We highly recommend Sightseeing Tours Australia for Cairns for your next outdoor exploration!

We took the Great Ocean Road tour and John was our driver guide.

He was awesome, very enthusiastic man and definitely knows his stuff well.

Liked how he interacted with the whole group and personally bade farewell to everyone at the drop off point.

Loving the dad jokes and awesome music as well!

I've just finished an amazing day trip to the 12 Apostles. Burt, our driver was absolutely amazing with his professionalism, his duty of care of his passengers & his knowledge of everything/everywhere we went. Had the best long day & looking forward to my next trip. I would highly recommend this trip & Sightseeing Tours Australia☀️

We did the great ocean road tour and loved it! We managed to visit so many different places on the way. We also visited Loch Ard gorge after the 12 Apostles which was fantastic. Our tour guide Jono was great!

Took a day trip to Great Ocean Road on 25th Sep 2024.

1. Unfortunately the weather was very gloomy and didn’t manage to see much. Most of the trip was spent on the bus travelling and not much sights to see on the way. Kinda underwhelming as a day trip, might be better if Great Ocean Road was visited in a 2 or 3 day driving trip instead

2. Bus driver Ron was just a bus driver and not a tour guide. Indifferently rattled off facts at different locations like ticking off a checklist of things to say. Didn’t really have a customer first mindset or empathise when people told him that they urgently needed to use the restroom.

Overall was quite a mid experience. Won’t really recommend unless you love rocks. Will recommend a day trip to Phillip Island to see the penguins instead.

Great Ocean Road and the 12 Apostles was fabulous. I especially want to give a shout out to Craig, the tour guide. He made the trip, very friendly, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I could not have had a better time. I also took the Phillip Island tour the next day and was so happy to see Craig was the tour guide again. The highlight was being able to touch and feed the wallabies and kangaroo. It was so exciting to see all the native animals of Australia. And the Penguin parade was amazing. Had the best time.

-Great Ocean Road-
I had Luke as my guide. He was a freaking legend!!! He got to know where everybody was from on the tour bus crafting our experience to be more personal. In route on our way to lunch, he hyped up the crew by getting the entire bus to sing along to some of the greatest Australian artist. Luke was very informative and incredibly knowledgeable on the places we stopped by. We even made an unexpected stop to see the koalas in the wild and he pointed out wallabies and kangaroos as we toured along our journey!!
Ultimately if you get Luke as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

-Penguin Tour-
Next day I did the penguin tour. I was a bit disappointed as other travelers took their sweet time (repeated offenders) returning to the bus. So please sure to be considerate of others as tardiness can and will affect the experience for everyone.

Advice- BookSightseeing directly! its much cheaper compared to Expedia by $60-$75 so be sure to book directly.
The ladies in the office were very helpful and had a great deal of patience as I battled with being indecisive…. Hah, in the end, I booked both.

Overall I had a great experience on both trips.

Amazing tour, best guide ever! Our guide, Jono, was great. He had lots of interesting informations to give us & tips to see as much animals and wildlife as we could. Would do it again, worth the price.
