A couple months before our travel to New Zealand, a country i knew little about a far as where to visit, Southern Cross Travel scheduled us a trip of a lifetime. Each location and excursions were planned to a T. All places of accommodations were top notch and the excursions planned were more than I could have ever done on my own. Furthermore, I felt every place I went knew of my needs and wishes and went to great lengths to accommodate us. During our trip, i had several questions and needs. Each time, the staff kindly assisted me in settling the matter. Truly, I felt deeply cared for, and all my expectations exceeded what I wished for. Bravo. I will definitely use Sourhern Cross to plan our next to trip to new zealand.

I have been to a lot of travel agents and this is by far the best travel agent that I have been to. Their price and service is top notch. I am especially impressed by Lyna. She has been handling my itinerary for years and she has never failed to impress me. She works very hard and always makes sure that I get the best service at the best price. My satisfaction and happiness means the most to her and she always makes sure she delivers. She definitely deserves a pay rise!

Applied for a 3 month Visa and provided my travel dates. Waited almost a month to get my passport back only to find out the dates for the Visa were wrong. I am travelling for 5 weeks and they applied for a month. Found out they don't do the application themselves and hand it to some other 3rd party to process this. So in a way they make a small cut as the middle party. Last time i'm dealing with these people, frustrated AF.
