I found Touchdown Tours by chance on a recent trip to Melbourne. Jaqui is wonderful. She found exactly what we were looking for and arranged our bookings and flights quickly. Vincent is the best tour guy !
Everyone should be doing tours with him ! He explains everything very clearly , and you can see he is passionate.The only person that sell tours that I see so passionated.
We did the ultimate tour at touchdown and he also came with us.

One of the best places to go to arrange your travel. The manager, Jaqui, knows more than any other agent I've ever been to. Her knowledge is amazing and the trip she planned for us was spectacular! Can't say enough about her. Have travelled with this agent on two of their group tours as well as our individual travel plans and will go for more in the future. If ever in a stranded situation from airports or whatever, Jaqui was just a phone call away and fixed everything! Can't thank her enough.

A huge thanks to Jaqui and the Touchdown Tours team for their professionalism and prompt responses to queries, and booking our trips and flights over the last few years. We have been using Touchdown services for a while and this year in particular with flight cancellations due to Covid and processing insurance claims etc, Jaqui took on the whole process on our behalf which made it very streamlined and straightforward. After my mum's travel agent closed down, Jaqui from Touchdown Tours took over my mum's booking and has been incredibly helpful and understanding.
My mum's flights have been cancelled twice so far by the airline and she's always kept us updated and went above & beyond to help out with our questions and requests.

Jaqui is simply amazing. I doubt you would get better care and consideration from anybody in any industry, let alone travel. Over many years and a number of trips, we have had all our requests, and many (what we thought were ) problems solved quickly and professionally. At times it really seems as though there are many more than one of her! This has lead to amazing and wonderful adventures. Our next one is soon to be underway and we are, as usual, extremely excited.
