My mum & I joined the Japan & Korea tour in 2019, it was very good tour and Sam (anh Son our tour guide) has very good knowledge about everything from shopping to restaurants. My mum loves him very much because he was taking good care of my mum. We will definitely travel again once the border is open.

In general, the group tour I joined was quite organised, most meals and hotels were good, except in one country where we did not have the chance to sample local speciaties. Also, more than half of the meals did not include drinks which made it hard for us to plan how much local money required and even caused problem at one particular restaurant due to their incompetence and language barrier. I'd rather pay more in advance than having to exchange money at each country we went to. In addition, the tour leader could have been more helpful in some circumstances.
