I've recently had the pleasure to work with Liz again, this time at Olive Hills Estate through her recommendation for the couple to book me as their wedding photographer and I absolutely love her and cannot recommend her enough. She's so talented at what she does, working with her at Mel and Lukes Wedding was so easy not only because we get along but we share a likeminded vision. I had to change the grooms getting ready location on the day and Liz was quick to adapt with me as coordinator on the day and you wouldn't even know. The day continued on beautifully. Where do we even start? We were recommended Weddings by E by one of our friends who told us that because of Elizabeth, they’d been able to have the most stress free and joyful experience on their wedding day.
We knew that we definitely needed a coordinator for our day as we were doing a marquee wedding with lots of moving parts and vendors involved, and so we reached out to E, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

E went so far above and beyond what we had expected her to do. Aside from coordination on the day, she also took over the reigns for us from a few weeks prior to the wedding, and through her comprehensive questions and checklist we were able to catch a few gaps in our plans and ensure these issues were sorted in advance. It is so helpful particularly for this style of wedding to have someone one board who has done it before and can anticipate all the things that can go wrong and important things to consider, as well as things that from her experience are less important or not worth stressing over.

E also took over communicating with all the vendors and formulated a detailed run sheet and bump in plan for us for the venue, which allowed us to savour those last weeks leading up to the wedding with all our friends and family. She was also so responsive and available to provide both practical and emotional support to us at any point, and was so generous with her time, including attending a site visit with us to our venue which was a 2 hour drive away, on a weekend!

Similarly, on the day, E handled everything and sorted out so many little issues in the background so that they barely came to our attention. For example, we had some glitches with our AV set up for the dance floor / speeches, as well as some issues with ceremony seating, and E magically fixed it all without having to ask.

You can tell that E so loves what she does and is passionate about helping couples live out their dream day. We’re so eternally grateful to her!

P.S. We also recommend her other business - Off The Hook - for a fun and personalised guest book idea. Our guests had such a blast doing it and it looked so beautiful with our decor as well.

Where to begin!

Elizabeth is amazing. From the first time meeting and talking with her, it was obvious she was the right person for us.

We hired Elizabeth to do our On The Day Coordination, but she did so much more. From the moment we engaged Elizabeth's services, she answered all any questions we had - even helping with styling advice when we became stuck. This was above and beyond what we expected. Not only did Elizabeth make our day run as smoothly as possible - even in torrential rain - she put us at ease.

Our day started with rain which resulted in our backup location being utilised. Not only did she set up all our styling, she also helped protect people with Umbrellas in the rain. Throughout the day, Elizabeth touched base with us, and let us know things we needed too, but she mostly blended in and quietly worked her magic. Elizabeth ensured that everything was exactly how we could've dreamed and more.

Elizabeth was (and we still consider) so much more than just a Vendor. She became a confidant and a constant source of calm and laughter.

We cannot recommend Elizabeth enough or more highly!

I cannot put into words how good our experience with Elizabeth was (but I will give it a crack)

As someone who doesn’t have a creative bone in their body, I had no idea where to start and was completely overwhelmed by the concept of wedding planning. I had seen Elizabeth’s Instagram and was super impressed and from our very first phone call she completely put us at ease and brought our vision to life. From offering us different budget options, to dealing with my (constant) indecisiveness there was never any request that was too big or too small and every email/text was responded to instantly. From
Styling, to helping us pick our vendors, to complete on the day coordination I could not of had a more flawless experience with Elizabeth and would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
