We had the absolute pleasure of working with Vanessa as our on the day wedding coordinator for our wedding in November this year.
Vanessa went out of her way to make sure that our day ran successfully and in line with our vision. She aligned and coordinated all of our vendors, resolved our invoicing queries, setup the venue in line with our vision and made sure the day ran without any issues. She was always quick to respond and make time for us at any time, no matter how small the question. She made sure everything went to plan on the day and quickly identified pragmatic solutions on the day when there were minor things that needed addressing.

We both had the best day of our lives and this was in no small part thanks to Vanessa and her team helping us in the lead up to the wedding and making sure everything ran to plan on the day. Vanessa and her team at Valure events are wonderful and highly recommended for anyone planning their big day. Thanks Vanessa!!

We hired Vanessa and the team to do mostly decor related work as we weren’t able to get this done without a little extra help. Vanessa found hire vendors who stocked exactly what we were after to achieve the theme. Which was a feat in itself as most wedding items don’t come in black! We had an already decorative venue so really only wanted minimal mood setting additions and we got exactly what we asked for. We could not have been happier. Valure were quick to action when our intended location was affected by rain and the back up was no less perfect because of their attention to detail. Vanessa even helped me clean mud off my dress and brought us water in the humidity. I’d recommend Vanessa and the team at Valure Events for any event.

Vanessa from Valure Events was amazing! We were so thrilled that we sought her services for our wedding day. During the months leading up to the wedding, Vanessa was coordinating with us, making sure we had everything in place. When we were stressed and worried, Vanessa assured us that things will be alright and took on things to make our load lighter. Even on the day, when things didn't go according to plan, Vanessa took charge and fixed everything she could. We are so thankful for everything you did for us Vanessa!

I was blown away (as the groom) in an industry that I don't know much about until that day we were married.
Then i understood what they go through as a wedding planner.
A few months ago we got in contact with Vanessa, and straight away with her calming voice and her explanation
know how. We knew we were in future good hands. Its recommended to have a wedding planner no
matter how small and humble the wedding day is. Its true you will need a planner who will at least assist in
suppliers quotes for you, and are all following the run sheet and bumping in at the times when requested.
This caring lady rang the council a few times to iron out permits and what's needed on the day.
She made sure that the photographer and wedding car were all running as clock work for our benefits.
The DJ was there with his equipment and array of good music.
In our story the groom was running late in traffic. And Vanessa who is so cool, calm and collective, was able
to control the pace of the brides emotions and the grooms slight stress and spread the happiness with
our wonderful guests who attended our splendid, beautiful and picturesque garden with ease and finesse.
She was able to coordinate on the day with professionalism for us the bride / groom when it began.
At our venue of choice, Vanessa made sure that the flowers, table sheets, LED lights, candle settings, signage were all
set up. She was hands on days before the wedding. And at the reception venue Vanessa was serving meals, making sure the
food were served at the right times. She even got up and got some of us to boogey on the dance floor.
Wow Vanessa really did deliver. Not that we asked her to go the extra mile, but she did it because she loves her
work and is passionate.
In conclusion its true Vanessa was our legs on the day and ensured that everything was running smoothly from the time we
woke up till the evening we were driven to our wedding hotel.
Believe us she is a very caring and understanding person and will put herself out there to make sure it was a GREAT Day.
And in our case it was.

We are still on cloud 9, I know its cliche to say, but our wedding felt like a glimpse of heaven. From the morning of the wedding, I had my hairdresser and makeup artists tell me that you had called them in the morning to check that they were good to go, to arriving at the barn moments before I was due to walk down the aisle and giving me a little pep encouragement, to checking in on us pre bridal shoot and then moving flowers and furniture from the ceremony to the reception ghost like, so we could continue to enjoy the beauty of it all.

ALL DAY WE WERE JUST SO HAPPY, we felt so relaxed and we really believe that you and your team assisted in setting that tone for us and our guests.

Your team were exceptional in making sure we didn't miss out on Silks canapés to drinking Bobabar tea and served us plenty when we were out and about snapping photos.

It was a magical day.

Aside from the work you did on the wedding day, the lead up to the wedding meant months of planning, prompt emails, reassurance, making enquiries and extending your resources. You always tried to work with our idea and visions, even when it was tricky, we never received a no. You were always up for working with us!

Vanessa, thank you. You are a gem.

Our guests have told us that we've set the bar high for weddings, that it was unique, so relaxed, an epic celebration, they had the best fun and it was so genuine.

We thank you and you definitely have a special place with us.

Vanessa is your girl!!! Words can not explain how good Vanessa is, she went above and beyond and was along side me every step of the way when planning my wedding. Nothing was too big or too small, Vanessa got it done without fuss. She made my wedding day completely stress free and everything ran like clockwork. Vanessa sourced vendors for me communicated with all my vendors developed all my running sheets, the list goes on. I can not recommend Vanessa enough she was amazing and knew exactly what was needed to be done. Planning a wedding is easy when Vanessa is with you!

Vanessa was an excellent wedding coordinator! We couldn't have hoped for anyone better. Very professional, and easy to work with, Vanessa understood our vision and helped us to create the most perfect day. As ours was a DIY wedding, we needed someone to come in towards the end of the planning and take over the vendor communication and logistics to ensure that our day ran as smoothly as possible. Vanessa arranged all of our supplier drop-offs, and even came out to the venue the day beforehand so that she had a full understanding of what was required. On the day, we wouldn't have even known she was there! She took care of all of the suppliers and it all ran perfectly (as least from our perspective anyway!) I would HIGHLY recommend Vanessa to anyone needing an extra hand for their wedding, and truly believe it was one of the best things we spent our money on! 🙂
