I cannot begin think about how grateful I am for Frank Ford Travel and in particular Libby for the wonderful trips they have helped plan for me over the previous two years.

Libby is a bright and bubbly personality and is just the type of human you want on your team when you’re trying to turn your crazy holiday plans into reality.

Over the previous two years I’ve managed to develop a strong friendship with her, which truthfully benefits the quality of holiday I experience, as she has spent time learning what I want and enjoy out of my travelling.

My experiences with her have lead me on an adrenaline packed New Zealand group Contiki; taken me solo backpacking through Japan snowboarding, and also flown me over to England for an Ashes tour. It does not matter what the idea is that we come up with, she has been fantastic for them all.

When designing my trips, Libby always gives me multiple options and never really pushes me in any particular direction but enables me to decide what’s best for myself and for the better prices.

I’ll be the first to say that I am not the most organised person, and having Libby in my corner means I know that each train and bus ticket is counted for, each hotel has been perfectly thought about (for quality and location), and every additional activity has been tailored towards my personality.

Not only is she fantastic at planning holidays but two great examples of her willingness to ensure her clients have a fantastic time while on their holiday include myself missing placing a train ticket in Japan, and Libby helping me out immediately. Another time while in New Zealand, I decided I wanted to stay for another week and Libby without any fuss and without me needing to worry about anything was able to change all my hotels and flights. This is just a small insight into her generosity.

I am currently in the process of designing my next European getaway and there is truthfully no one else I’d want helping me turn this dream into a reality.

Recently we booked a Holiday To Singapore and Vietnam with Frank Ford Travel, From start to finish, it was a thoroughly professional experience. We had Libby as a consultant who booked our flights, Accommodation. transfers and Travel insurance. We thoroughly recommend this brilliant locally owned an operated Ballarat business and will definitely be using again. A great thing about using this business is you have a contact number for them 24 hours a day In case of emergencies, which luckily we did not need, but it was great to have that there if needed. These guys know their stuff.
We booked a Singapore GP package including transfers, accommodation, breakfast and event tickets for the 3 days.
It was seamless and we could not have asked for better tickets.
Our hotel was central to the track so we could have watched the whole thing from our room if we wanted to.
Our grandstand tickets were perfectly positioned on one of the straights before a corner.
Brilliant!
